    Well, that's a great question!
    The short answer is, that I learn about much more than I'd be able to practice. I enjoy learning about methodologies more than I could practice them profoundly.
    As for Drunvalo, I think his book has immense and important knowledge, but I don't agree with everything he says. Though the Merkaba has a huge amount to think about, Drunvalo doesn't mention nature as an important spiritual practice at all... I think for our time, spending quiet time in nature could be more important than meditating.. Imo.
    The long answer would involve me catagorizing the different methods I have learned and adopted and why I have chosen those specifically for this point in time at least...
    I'd be happy to share more if you want more specifics..

    drunvalo said we should go into nature when the earth gaia sophia jumps from 3d into 4d
