Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, This morning I wish you all a very lucky day in this world. I would love to see everyone happy. A new dish was added to our home dinner yesterday. That's a spicy egg roast. The taste was amazing. Also, let's see how to make a delicious spicy Egg Roast.
Ingredients;
- Boiled eggs 4
- A tablespoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of curry ppwder
- A few cinnamon sticks
- Two cloves of garlic
- A piece of ginger
- 3 cloves
- Two spikes of cardamom
- Curry leaves
- Raw green chillies
- Chopped b onion
- Pandan leaves
- About three tamarind seeds
- 1/4 cup of water
- Three tablespoons of oil
The methof making;
Divide the egg in half evenly. Finely chop the curry leaves. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Fry the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Then grind into small pieces.
Put a pan on the stove and add a tablespoon of oil to it.Now add chilli powder, pepper powder and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt each time and mix well.
Now roast the chopped eggs one side at a time every minute,Then set those eggs aside.
Put the remaining oil in the same pan in which the eggs were roasted.When the oil heats up, addpandan leaves, two chopped green chillies and cardamom seeds.
Then add turmeric powder chilli powder and curry powder.
Mix well again and add salt powder.
Now add the pre-prepared cloves, cardamom and cinnamon mixture.
Mix well again and add 1/2 cup of water.
Cover with a lid for about a minute.
Add the roasted eggs to it
Turn off the stove and close for about a minute.
We have now finished making the Dspivy Egg Roast.The smell is so hungry.
I think it's better to make a difference like this than to boil and tempered.Today the dish is best suited for friends who like to eat spicy food.So this is my invitation to friends who like to eat spicy.
