¡Saludos estimados amigos!, hoy con otra receta que se les va a encantar, muy fácil y económica de hacer, suculenta y muy sana con propiedades y omega 3 muy beneficioso para el organismo. El carite es uno de los mejores pescados para freir, su sabor es insuperable y hoy lo realicé para el almuerzo, aparte hice como acompañante una sabrosa ensalada de papas con tomate y cebolla bien sazonada. - 4 Ruedas de carite, 2 papas medianas, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 1/2 taza de aceite, 3 cucharada de harina de trigo, 2 cucharadas de mayonesa, sal al gusto, 1 lechuga.
- 4 slicess of carite fish, 2 medium potatoes, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1/2 cup of oil, 3 tablespoon of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt to taste, 1 lettuce.

- Lavar las ruedas de carite, le rociamos la sal y frotamos.
- Wash the carite slices, sprinkle the salt and rub.
- Espolvoreamos un poquito de harina de trigo.
- Sprinkle a little wheat flour.
- Calentar el sartén con aceite y colocar las ruedas.
- Heat the pan with oil and place the slices.
- Darles la vuelta por ambos lados, hasta que queden doradas.
- Flip them on both sides, until golden.

- Lavamos las papas y hervimos hasta que ablanden, le quitamos la concha.
- We wash the potatoes and boil until soft, remove the shell.
- Cortamos las papas en cuadritos.
- Dice the potatoes.
- Lavamos 5 hojas de la lechuga y cortamos en trozos.
- We wash 5 lettuce leaves and cut into pieces.
- Lavamos y cortamos en ruedas la cebolla y el tomate.
- We wash and cut the onion and tomato into slices.
- Mezclamos todo, sazonamos con mayonesa y sal y servimos con el pescado.
- Mix everything, season with mayonnaise and salt and serve with the fish.

The salad with the potatoes, tomato, onion and lettuce is very healthy and tasty, it washes very well first and the mayonnaise gives it that special touch, the combination with the fried fish is very tasty.
