Herkese merhaba bana göre uzun bir aradan sonra #trlistenin ilk defa düzenledigi ve sevgili @damla nın öncülük ettiği güzel bir yarışmayla paylaşımlarıma kaldığım yerden devam etmeye başladım. @damla etkinlik ve emeklerin için çok teşekkür ederim iyi ki varsın 🥰
Yarışmanın üç konusundan benim gibi çok gezen biri için 😉 seçecegim konu belliydi zamanlama çok iyi denk geldi. Daha yeni keşfettigim beni etkileyen bir yerden sizlere bahsedeceğim, ufak bir yolculuğa hazırmısınız ?
Balıkesir' in Ayvalık ilçesi Türkiye'deki gözde tatil merkezlerini içersinde barındıran bir yerleşim yeridir. Bursa'ya çok uzak olmadığı için her sene bir iki gün buraya geliyorum. Bu sene biraz daha uzun tuttum tatilimi kardeşlerimle beraber her günü koşturmacalı, gezmeli, yüzmeli dolu dolu bir hafta geçirdik. Bu kadar sık geldigim halde varlığından daha yeni haberimin olduğu Kücükköy ün tarihi ve evleri, işletmelerinin güzelliklerini anlatacağım. Beni etkilemesine başka bir etken ise beni köklerime götürmesi çocukluğumda ki anıların canlanması oldu.
Küçükköy Ayvalığın şirin bir köyü, kardeşim sizi bir yere götürücem dedigi zaman bu kadarını beklemiyordum. Köye giriş yaptığımızda eski Rum evleri ve tipik köy evleri ile bütünleşmis mimarisi göze çarpıyor. Satılık ev yazıları dikkat çekecek kadar fazlaydı, ama restore edilen evlerin çokluğundan da bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim.
Meydandan köy içine yürümeye başlayınca evlerin kapılarının estetik görünüşü ilk dikkatimi çeken şey oldu. Vee tabiki meydanda yer alan bu yazıyı görünce şaşkınlığımı gizleyemedim.
Eski bir Makedon/ Boşnak köyü olduğu söylenmişti fakat halen bu özelligini koruyup tabelaları da da buna yer verdiklerini görünce ilginç ve güzel bir duygu yaşadım.
Kafelerinin isimleri genelde bizim dilimizden alıntı isimlerdi. Menüleride Balkan yöresine ait olan özel yemekler içeriyordu.

Bulunuyordu. Cafeye girdiğim zaman renkleri ve dekorasyonu ile içini ısıtan bir ortam sunuyor arka bahçesi yöresel malzemeler ile süslenmiş keyifle kahvaltı yapmak için ideal bir yer. Özellikle belirtmek isterim ki burada Ayvalık tostunu yemeden, ayvalık tostu yedim demeyin. Bu cafe Kücükköy 'ün ilk cafesiymiş.
Arnavut böreği genelde Türkiye'nin her yerinde bilinen ve kolaylıkla ulaşıp tadına bakabileceginiz bir lezzet ama ribitsa bambaşka bir tad. Çıtır çıtır içi kıyma dolu bir hamur ve üzerine yoğurtla enfess.. özendirmek gibi olmasın ama ha-ri-ka 😋
Şimdide sizleri yine ismi balkanlardan alınmış başka bir mekana götüreceğim. majka (Yani Anne) Güzel bir mekanı ve ışığı bulmuşken bir karede de ben olayım dedim. 😉
Kahvaltımızı yaparken sıcak, güleryüzlü, alakalı insanların işlettiği harika bir yer. işletmecisiyle mekan hakkında biraz sohbettik ve burasının daha önceden bir şarap üretim yeri olduğunu kendilerinin restore edip ev haline getirdiklerini üst katının ev olarak kullanıldığını öğrendik.
Enerjisinin bana iyi geldiği bundan sonra favorim diyebilecegim bir yer. Hatta işletme sahibinin söylediğine göre küçükköy de otel için eski bir evi restore ettiren oyuncu Burcu biricik sürekli buraya gelip yemek yiyip köşede uyuyup kalıyormuş. Ortamın huzur veren enerjisini siz düşünün artık. Yolunuz küçük köy'e düşerse bence bu mekana muhakkak uğrayın. Yine aynı Balkan lezzetlerini bulabileceğiniz bir mekan.
Küçük köyü öğrendikten meraklı araştırmacı kimliğim devreye girdi😂 hemen orada internetten araştırmaya başladım.
Günümüzde popüler olmaya başlamasında ki etkenlerden bir tanesi de bir grup İstanbullu gencin buraya yerleşip küçük köyü sanat,kültür ve turizm konusunda geliştirmeye çalışmaları olmuş. Bunun sonucunda, çeşitli sanat atölyeleri kurulmuş bununda öğrenmiş oldum.
Sokaklarda gezerken neredeyse her sokakta bir resim, seramik, cam atölyeleri var bu dikkatimi çekmişti. Araştırmalarıma göre bu atölyelerde ücretsiz eğitimler verilmiş. Eski Rum evleri restore edilerek turizme kazandırılmış ve gün geçtikçe gözde turizm merkezi haline gelmeye başlamış.
Sokaklarında gezerken kendinizi balkanlarda hissetmenizi sağlayacak tek şey yemekleri ve yaşayanlar değil ziyarete gelen turistlerin çoğunluğunu Arnavutlar, makedonlar , Boşnaklar oluşturuyor.
Babaannemin evinde yaz akşamları bahçede oturup amcamlar, halamlar ve büyüklerimizle toplanıp yaptığımız sohbetler geldi aklıma. Fonda amcamın özel balkan müzikleri (şarkılar düğünlerde çalınan 9/8 likler gibi değil) o şarkılarla dolu kasetleri teybimizde çalar. Tatlı tatlı eskileri, memleketi yarısı Türkçe, yarısı Makedonca konuşarak anlatırlardı. Küçük köy beni eskilere götürdü iyi ki keşfetmişim ve iyi ki gelmişim.
Şimdiki durağımız Sevdalinka mekana adım attığınız gibi sizi Rumeli şarkıları karşılıyor. Merdivenlerinde balkanlardan getirilmiş çeşitli objeler sergileniyor. Yine menüsünde Balkan lezzetlerini bulabileceğiniz bir yer. Hatta bu işletmede yapılan yöresel yemeklerin malzemelerinde Makedonya'dan getiriliyormuş çeşit olarak bu mekanda daha fazla Balkan lezzetleri var. Ünlü tatlımız Dudove nin tadına burda bakabilirsiniz.
Küçük köyün tarihi ile ilgili işletme sahibi bize birkaç şey anlattı. Osmanlı döneminde bu adaya Yeniçeriler getirilmiş ve bu yüzden sonradan burada yaşayan Rumlar küçük köy'e Yeniçohari diyorlarmış. Rumlar mübadele buradan gönderildikten sonra Balkanlardan getirilen özelliklede Karadağ'dan burada yaşamaları için insanları getirip yer vermişler. İşletme sahibinin ataları yeniçeri olarak bu adaya ilk gelen kişilerdenmiş. Eşi ve kendisi balkanlardan gelmiş Makedonya vatandaşı olan bir Türk.
Menüsüyle ilginizi çekecek olan ve işletme sahibinin ilgisinden dolayı tercih edebileceğiniz bir yer.
Gelelim müzesine bu müzeye girince resmen sergilenenlere aşık oldum. Müzede küçük köyün tarihini anlatan fotoğraflarla hafızamıza kazanmasını sağlayan bir bölüm var. Okuduğum zaman bizim halen gerçekleştirdiğimiz adetleri onlarında yapıyor olması, büyüklerimden duyduğum şeyleri yapan yakınımızda bir küçük köyün olması beni duygulandırdı ifade etmekte zorlanıyorum farklı bir duygu.
Eskiden orada yaşayan kişilerin torunları büyüklerine ait eşyaları müzeye bagislamislar , bizim dugunlerimizde giyilen kadife şalvarlar, gelin cepkenleri, gelin mendilleri hepsini en orijinal şekliyle burada gördüm. Ve benim için en önemli parça telli duvaklı gelinlik harika birşey bu eşyalara dokunmak ruhum zamanda bir yolculuğa çıktı 😍 yazarken hissettiğim duyguları aktarabilsem..
Müzenin duvarında küçük köyün tarihine ait ve evleri, yapılar hakkında bilgiler yer almakta işte onlardan aklımda kalan bazı bilgiler.
Bu köyde 19 yüzyıldan kalma kilise, manastir ve ön iki adet şapel varmış. Günümüzde 1923 yılından beri cami olarak kullanılan 1881 yılında yapılmış bir kilise de mevcutmuş bu kilisenin ismi Ayiu Athanasiu.
Evlerin çoğunluğunda küçüklü büyüklü bahçeler ve o bahçelerde kuyular yer alırmış. Mutfaklarında büyük gömülü küpler yer alırmış ve bu küplere zeytin yağı koyarlarmış.
Maalesef mübadeleden sonra kilise ve şapeller gibi dini yerler kişilerin eline geçmiş ve yıkılmış yok edilmiş.
Sokakları, arnavut kaldırımlı döşemeleriyle, taş evleri, konakları ile ruhu olan sizi sarıp sarmalayan şimdilik sakin, kalabalık olmayan ve geleceğin Alaçatısı gözüyle bakılan bir yer. Bize bir gün yetmedi Bursa'ya dönmeden son bir defa daha ziyaret ettik sindire sindire gezdik. Siz siz olun Alaçatının kaderini yaşamadan bu küçük güzel köyü şimdiden gezin.

For someone like me who travels a lot from the three topics of the competition 😉 the topic I would choose was clear and the timing coincided very well. I will tell you about a place that impressed me that I just discovered, are you ready for a little journey?
Balikesir's Ayvalık district is a settlement that includes popular holiday centers in Turkey. Since it is not far from Bursa, I come here for a day or two every year. This year, I kept my holiday a little longer. Together with my brothers, we spent a full week of running, traveling and swimming every day. Although I come so often, I will tell you the history of Kücükköy, the beauty of its houses and businesses, of which I only know about its existence. Another factor that influenced me was the revival of memories of my childhood, taking me back to my roots.
Küçükköy is a cute village in Ayvalık, I did not expect this much when my brother said he would take you somewhere. When we enter the village, the old Greek houses and the architecture that is integrated with the typical village houses stand out. The articles on houses for sale were remarkable, but I can't help but mention the abundance of restored houses.
When I started walking from the square into the village, the aesthetic appearance of the doors of the houses was the first thing that caught my attention. And of course, I couldn't hide my surprise when I saw this article in the square.
It was said that it was an old Macedonian/Bosnian village, but I had an interesting and beautiful feeling when I saw that they still preserve this feature and include the signboards.
The names of their cafes were usually borrowed from our language. Their menu also included special dishes from the Balkan region.

When I enter the cafe, it offers a warming environment with its colors and decoration, and its backyard is decorated with local materials and is an ideal place to have breakfast with pleasure. I would especially like to point out that you should not say that you ate Ayvalık toast without eating Ayvalık toast. This cafe was the first cafe of Küçükköy.
Albanian pastry is a flavor that is generally known all over Turkey and that you can easily reach and taste, but ribitsa is a completely different taste. A dough filled with minced meat and a delicious yoghurt on it.. not like an temptation, but good-bye 😋
Now I will take you to another place whose name was taken from the Balkans. majka (So Mother) While I found a nice place and light, I thought I'd be in a frame. 😉
It is a wonderful place run by warm, smiling and relevant people while having our breakfast. We had a little chat with the manager of the place and learned that this was a wine production place before and that they restored it and turned it into a house, and that the upper floor was used as a house.
It is a place where I can say my favorite from now on, where the energy is good for me. In fact, according to the owner of the business, actress Burcu, who had an old house restored for a hotel in Küçükköy, used to come here all the time to eat and sleep in the corner. Now think about the peaceful energy of the environment. If you happen to pass by the small village, I think you should definitely stop by this place. A place where you can find the same Balkan delicacies.
After learning about the small village, my curious researcher identity came into play😂 I started researching on the internet right there.
One of the factors that made it popular today was that a group of young people from Istanbul settled here and tried to develop the small village in terms of art, culture and tourism. As a result, various art workshops were established, which I learned from.
While I was wandering around the streets, there were painting, ceramics and glass workshops in almost every street, and this caught my attention. According to my research, free training is provided in these workshops. The old Greek houses have been restored and brought to tourism, and they have started to become a popular tourism center day by day.
The only thing that will make you feel yourself in the Balkans while walking on its streets is not only the food and the inhabitants, but the Albanians, Macedonians and Bosnians, the majority of the tourists who come to visit.
I remember the conversations we had with my uncles, aunts and elders, sitting in the garden at my grandmother's house on summer evenings. In the background, my uncle's special Balkan music (the songs are not like 9/8 songs played at weddings) play the tapes full of those songs on our tape recorder. They would sweetly tell the old ones about their hometown by speaking half Turkish and half Macedonian. The little village took me back to the old days, I'm glad I discovered it and I'm glad I came.
Our current stop Sevdalinka welcomes you with Rumelian songs as you step into the venue. Various objects brought from the Balkans are exhibited on the stairs. Again, a place where you can find Balkan delicacies on the menu. In fact, the ingredients of the local dishes made in this establishment are brought from Macedonia, and there are more Balkan flavors in this place. You can taste our famous dessert Dudove here.
The owner told us a few things about the history of the small village. During the Ottoman period, Janissaries were brought to this island and that's why the Greeks living here later called the small village Yeniçohari. After the exchange was sent from here, the Greeks brought people from the Balkans, especially from Montenegro, to live here and gave them a place. The ancestors of the business owner were among the first to come to this island as janissaries. He is a Turkish citizen of Macedonia, whose wife and himself came from the Balkans.
It is a place that will attract your attention with its menu and you can choose because of the interest of the owner.
Let's come to the museum, when I entered this museum, I fell in love with the officially exhibited ones. There is a section in the museum that brings the history of the small village to our memory with photographs. When I read it, the fact that they still practice the customs we still practice, and that there is a small village nearby that does what I heard from my elders, made me emotional. I have a hard time expressing a different feeling.
The grandchildren of the people who used to live there donated the belongings of their elders to the museum, I saw the velvet shalwars worn at our weddings, bridal jackets, bridal handkerchiefs here in their most original form. And the most important piece for me bridal veil with wire is a wonderful thing, touching these items has taken my soul on a journey in time 😍 if I could convey the feelings I felt while writing..
On the wall of the museum, there is information about the history of the small village, its houses and structures, here are some of the information I remember from them.
In this village, there were a 19th century church, a monastery and two chapels in the front. Today, there is a church built in 1881, which has been used as a mosque since 1923, and the name of this church is Ayiu Athanasiu.
Most of the houses had large and small gardens and wells in those gardens. There were large buried jars in their kitchens and they used to put olive oil in these jars.
Unfortunately, after the population exchange, religious places such as churches and chapels fell into the hands of people and were destroyed.
With its streets, cobblestone pavements, stone houses and mansions, it is a quiet, uncrowded place that embraces you with its soul, and is regarded as the Alaçatı of the future. One day was not enough for us. Before returning to Bursa, we visited one more time and wandered around. Be the first to visit this beautiful little village before you experience the fate of Alaçatı.

Balıkesir Ayvalık görmek istediğim ilçelerden biridir. Bir türlü gitme fırsatını bulamadım. Küçükköy'ün yemeklerini ve Balkan havası estiren sokaklarını ve Rum evlerini çok güzel anlatmışsın. Ayvalık tostunu çok merak ediyorum. Her sokaktan resim seramik ve cam atölyeleri çıkması da bu köyün sanata verdiği değeri gösteriyor. Okurken büyük keyif aldığım paylaşımın için çok teşekkür ederim. Izmir'e giderken Ayvalık uzerinden gitmistik. Durup birkac saat dolasma firsatimiz oldu. Ayvalık'ı çok beğenmiştim, iç tarafları çok tarihi, eski evler, evlerin üzerindeki yapılma yılları, küçük dükkanları, kafeleri.
