Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ un saludo para todos los que me visitan el día de hoy, en esta oportunidad uniendome una vez más a esta iniciativa semanal que propone el equipo de la comunidad creada por y para nosotras las mujeres.

Para esta ronda número #95 el tema es bien interesante y entretenido, como en cada semana nos proponen dos preguntas a elegir para responder, aquello que nos hace enojar y lo que hacemos para manejarlo, y nuestros snacks o meriendas favoritas. Personalmente las iniciativas o concursos que estructuralmente parecen una especie de encuesta o test siempre me han llamado mucho la atención, así que en esta oportunidad me animaré en responder ambas preguntas, y ya sin más que agregar los dejo con mi participación ☺️.

Hello dear friends of Hive ❤️ greetings to all who visit me today, this time joining once again to this weekly initiative proposed by the community team created by and for us women.

For this round number #95 the theme is very interesting and entertaining, as every week they propose two questions to choose to answer, what makes us angry and what we do to handle it, and our favorite snacks or snacks. Personally the initiatives or contests that structurally look like a kind of survey or test have always caught my attention, so this time I will dare to answer both questions, and without further ado I leave you with my participation ☺️.

Este tema ya lo había tocado en anteriores ocasiones, ya que personalmente desde mi etapa de desarrollo, en dónde experimentamos muchos cambios no solo a nivel hormonal, entre otros sino también emocional. Un punto bien importante e interesante ya que solo de nosotros depende manejarlas. Yo recuerdo que en su momento me solía irritar con facilidad, me enojaba por cosas que al principio parecían no tener solución cuando al final era una tontería, el tiempo sinceramente variaba, a veces se me pasaba deprisa cómo en otros momentos me costaba salir de ese estado. Y la pregunta más importante..como lo superé o como aprendí a manejarlo?, Pues, como dije antes, esto es algo que solo nosotros podemos cambiar aprendiendo a controlar esas emociones negativas, la inteligencia emoción la podemos trabajar poco a poco, y que mejor que realizando nuestras actividades favoritas, desconectando un poco de la rutina o entrar más en contacto con la naturaleza que sin imaginarlo nos hace mucho bien.

Entre esas actividades mi favorita es escuchar música, es muy conocido que la música, además de entretenernos, nos puede servir como una terapia para sanar o tratar algún problema de salud, sobretodo a nivel mental. Contra el estrés, la ansiedad y ni que decir de los cambios de humor, me ayuda mucho escuchar mis músicas favoritas, escuchar músicas relajantes o incluso ponerme a cantar o bailar.

I had already touched on this topic on previous occasions, since I personally have been in my developmental stage, where we experience many changes not only hormonal, among others, but also emotional. A very important and interesting point since it is up to us to manage them. I remember that at the time I used to get irritated easily, I got angry for things that at first seemed to have no solution when in the end it was nonsense, the time sincerely varied, sometimes it passed quickly and at other times it was hard for me to get out of that state. And the most important question...how I overcame it or how I learned to manage it? Well, as I said before, this is something that only we can change by learning to control those negative emotions, we can work on emotion intelligence little by little, and what better than doing our favorite activities, disconnecting a little from the routine or getting more in touch with nature that without imagining it does us a lot of good.

Among these activities my favorite is listening to music, it is well known that music, in addition to entertain us, can serve as a therapy to heal or treat a health problem, especially mentally. Against stress, anxiety and not to mention mood swings, it helps me a lot to listen to my favorite music, listen to relaxing music or even sing or dance.

Mi respuesta creo que es y siempre será el chocolate. Cualquier merienda con este ingrediente es mi favorito, cuando voy al supermercado no puedo evitar llevarme alguna galleta, papitas, barritas o empaques para preparar postres.

Ya hablando quizás de algo un poco más sólido y que llene diría que la pizza. Pero no cualquier pizza, se podría decir que es una pizza en miniatura para disfrutarla con snacks. De hecho en la ciudad hay un lugar donde sirven estas pequeñas pizzas individuales, con mucha salsa y extra de queso.

My answer I think is and always will be chocolate. Any snack with this ingredient is my favorite, when I go to the supermarket I can't help but take some cookies, chips, bars or packaging to prepare desserts.

Talking about something a little more solid and filling, I would say pizza. But not just any pizza, you could say it is a miniature pizza to enjoy with snacks. In fact in the city there is a place where they serve these small individual pizzas, with lots of sauce and extra cheese.
