4 days to restart the entire system.
I've been knowing this path of The Art of Living for 4 months, and today I decided to take a deep jump. I'm giving myself 4 days of total immersion in the Sri Sri Yoga 2 course - Advanced Detox from home.
It's incredible what can be achieved in a few days with the right guidance. Hand in hand with Andy Campilongo, we are doing a complete reset:
Deep cleansing of the body (Detox).
Hatha Yoga to release old tensions.
Lots of breathing and meditation.
They say that to fill the cup, you first have to empty it. That's what I'm doing these four days: letting go, cleaning and renewing energy. I feel challenged but very happy to be doing this for myself.
Let's continue with the Kitchari and practice! 💪
