Yes. But the results aren't as smooth as before. Some areas have lost their asphalt, leaving only rocks. And that's a bit challenging for two-wheeled vehicles.

I don't think, it's the hive users but the tags aren't being used too much. And there is a reason behind it, lack of curation or reward (ecency.waves vote as it used to give comment rewarder). There are other platforms linked to Hive, but this is the primary reason on ecency platform. Plus, it's Christmas season so maybe, there is high possibility that the folks are busy. And, most of the short content is without tags right now.

No, I'm a KDE guy, have tweak it a lot and I'm used to the gestures and keystrokes. I have used i3 in the past and liked it but went back to Plasma.
I started with KDE but found gnome as my girl. lol. I feel KDE is a good DE to use.
I think gnome went the apple way of not being too customizable while KDE was more into tweaking the desktop as you want. They even had a mobile, tablet and netbook mode.
