My brother ones wanted to be let go in a friendly way to focus on his own business. So he told the CEO: "I need you to double my daily pay." He thought himself so smart. But they just said "Okay." without further negotiation. He said he never felt so dumb in his life 🤣

yeah, after a few more months. It was a pretty amazing lesson for him, and really good for his self-esteem and -valuation in the end. He had always trouble with that, but by now, he really knows his worth (which is quite a lot, he as an incredible set of talents).
