Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 12:00 PM, noon. Forget dreams. Left arm hurts a little. I think the muscles are. Not sure why. Got up, had to find iodine for mom from a pile of boxes. That took a few minutes. Got a giant pan or pot out from by the oven in the drawer. Out from the bottom of a pile of pots and pans. Wore an extra jacket or coat last night which helped me a bit. Woke up with a headache. Not a migraine which is good. But sad that it is a headache. But since like 2018, stuff like happened. Since being at LMS or maybe longer. Once a year or month or week or random times this may happen. It can be cause from getting cold and not getting enough sleep. My goes up and down in temperature. I think it was built wrong. Also, was having trouble sleeping past few days. Maybe I am over that hump now. Getting better now. Breakfast, 12:18 PM. Eat. See food log. Lunch, 01:29 PM. Cleaning up the dining room, counter side, not table side. Found spoiled food. We were getting rid of fruit flies. Vacuum. Clean. Rags. Water. Scrub. Move plastic water containers. Backyard covered patio organizing. A pan into the big garage. Got rid of stuff. Recycling. Garbage. Compost. Watering. Mail. Dishes. Done by like 05:30 PM. SnapChat is slow. My phone is slow. Did that for an hour or less plus an hour less around noon. Dinner, 06:15 PM. More at 07:30 PM. Out of free space on my Yoga laptop around six and seven. This has been a problem for months. Partition is only 19 GB apx for the root. I talked about this before for months in 2022 now. So, was runnign around trying to make free space. Restarted my computer twice at this time. Class. Food log: Breakfast: orange, coffee, 12:18 PM. Lunch: pop tart, egg, 01:29 PM. Dinner: soup, 06:15 PM. Special meat on cucumber, cheese, a larry special, it was pretty good, 07:30 PM.
