Estamos siempre en la búsqueda constante de la paz, la armonía, la felicidad y el equilibrio, pero eso no siempre se logra tan fácilmente. es necesario pasar por etapas de dolor, de miedo, de desequilibrio, de angustia y depresión para alcanzar esos niveles de tranquilidad que tanto necesitamos; y salir de esos vicios es lo que se ha convertido hoy por hoy, en todo un reto, el reto de la vida.
We are always in constant search of peace, harmony, happiness and balance, but that is not always achieved so easily. It is necessary to go through stages of pain, fear, imbalance, anguish and depression to reach those levels of tranquility that we need so much; and getting out of those vices is what has become a challenge today, the challenge of life.
Alcanzar nuestro sueños, no es tan fácil, hay que luchar, hay que sufrir, hay que volver a intentar pero sobre todo hay que mantenerse firme ante nuestra posición de lograr lo que queremos, porque al final del día de eso se trata la vida, se insistir, persistir y nunca desistir.
Achieving our dreams is not so easy, we have to fight, we have to suffer, we have to try again but above all we have to stand firm in our position to achieve what we want, because at the end of the day that's what life is about, you have to insist, persist and never give up.
Las personas muchas veces creen que cuando alguien esta siempre sonriente o de buen humor, esa persona es totalmente feliz, y no siempre es así, la felicidad no se muestra con una sonrisa, la felicidad se lleva en el alma. Por eso, aunque caigamos, aunque fracasemos, y aunque pensemos que ya hemos tocado fondo y que este simplemente es el final, es cuando debemos levantarnos y continuar porque es justo en ese momento cuando todo lo bueno esta apunto de empezar. Como cuando la noche se torna mas oscura para comenzar el amanecer, como el ave fénix que renace de las cenizas para alzar su vuelo con más fuerza, como la oruga que deja de existir para convertirse en mariposa... de eso se trata, de ver un nuevo comienzo cuando todo indica ser el final.
People often believe that when someone is always smiling or in a good mood, that person is totally happy, and it is not always so, happiness is not shown with a smile, happiness is carried in the soul. So even if we fall, even if we fail, and even if we think we have already hit rock bottom and that this is simply the end, is when we must get up and continue because it is just at that time when all the good things are about to begin. Perder una batalla nunca será perder la guerra, somo más fuertes que eso, y si aprendemos de cada golpe iremos creando resistencia, si aprendemos de cada desilucion, aprenderemos a crear conciencia, si aprendemos de cada lagrima aprenderemos a fabricar sonrisas: nada puede ser más difícil de levantarse cuando se ha caído tantas veces, pero es así como nos superaremos a nosotros mismos y podremos decir: "no fue fácil, pero lo logré."

Aprendamos de los errores, aceptemos que todos nos equivocamos y eso es inevitable, "quien este libre de pecado que lance la primera piedra" ¿y saben algo? siempre habrá alguien que la lance, y no una, si no varias piedras, porque así de hipócrita es la sociedad, vive de prejuicios y de mentiras para sostenerse en una dignidad a medias mantenida por la doble moral. Eso también ha sido un reto, vivir entre lo que queremos ser y lo que debemos hacer, porque para eso se hicieron las normas, la reglas y las leyes, para indicarnos el camino que se debe seguir, si te sales de allí, seras juzgado y condenado, por eso debemos cuidar nuestros pasos, cuidar nuestras palabras y amoldar nuestro carácter, pero no olvides que estamos en un reto, deber hacer todo esto sin dejar de ser tu mismo.
Let's learn from our mistakes, let's accept that we all make mistakes and that is inevitable, "whoever is free of sin casts the first stone" and you know something? there will always be someone who casts it, and not one, but several stones, because that's how hypocritical society is, it lives on prejudices and lies to sustain itself in a half-hearted dignity maintained by double standards. That has also been a challenge, to live between what we want to be and what we must do, because that is why the norms, rules and laws were made, to show us the path to follow, if you go out of there, you will be judged and condemned, that is why we must watch our steps, watch our words and shape our character, but do not forget that we are in a challenge, we must do all this without ceasing to be yourself.
Y para finalizar les voy a compartir una frase que me ha acompañado por muchos años, porque alguien me la dijo cuando era muy niña: "cuando llegues al final, da la vuelta y mira hacia atrás para que puedas ver todo lo que pudiste lograr, pero eso si, voltea sólo cuando hayas llegado al final"
