Una bebida típica de la gastronomía venezolana, hecha a base de (panela o papelón). Se le agrega jugo de limón para darle un toque refrescante, sin dudas una bebida perfecta para tomar en las tardes calurosas, al igual que como acompañante para las comidas típicas venezolanas, como la arepa, la cachapa y las tradicionales empanadas.

Hi @jennyzer. I love lime also in drinks. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Whenever you want your recipes to be entries in the Terminal Cookbook Challenge, just mention the title, Week and category. Last Week 2 was for FRUITS / SALADS.
This Week 3 is for BREADS / PASTA.

El papelón, se puede conseguir en diferentes países con diversos nombres, panela, rapadura, piloncillo, pepas dulces, papelón, raspadura, atado de dulce, tapa de dulce, empanizao, raspadura de guarapo, panocha, chancaca, y se realiza con el zumo de a caña de azúcar, es muy típico en muchos países de América latina.
