Estuve de guardia en la clinica 12 horas agotadoras, vi a una paciente con una quemadura en la piernas que se las quiero compartir. Esta paciente se estaba haciendo las uñas y derramo la pega en su pantalon luego al quitarselo se arranco la piel y esto fue lo que ocasiono la quemadura. No obstante ya esta paciente estaba haciendo una celulitis perilesional se pueden dar cuenta porque alrrededor de la lesion esta rojo y edematizado.
