Whenever you are going through any #challenge in life no matter how tough it is there are moments you feel so down rejected and weak. At that time your heart becomes desperate for peace and rest. You just want relief so anything that looks like peace seems good to you.
But that is the moment to be careful of what and who you allow into your space. Many people can easily #influence you during that time. Some will come with words that sound good but not everything that sounds peaceful truly brings peace.
There are people whose #words are like a sweet #fragrance when they speak but deep inside those words carry venom. They sound comforting but they can bring more pain than #healing. I know this because I have experienced it myself.
The #truth is the world is full of chaos. Everyone is going through one thing or the other. Many people are still living with pain they have not healed from. So when such people speak from their own hurt they may pass that hurt to you without knowing. That is why you must be careful of those you permit into your space.
So whenever #life gets heavy and confusing take a step back. Stay quiet for a while and listen to your own heart. Talk to God about it first before you talk to people. Sometimes peace does not come from many voices but from silence and prayer. When you slow down you will know who truly carries light and who only carries noise.
This is part of my experience. Words travel far and once a word begins its journey it takes a stronger word to stop it. Be careful who speaks into your life. Seek men of #wisdom. Seek men who fear God not just those who talk from life #experiences. Life lessons are good but without the #fearofGod those words can easily become poison.
So be discerning. Guard your #space. And above all let Gods voice be the loudest in your life.
