If you want to experience heaven in life, then it is very important to travel to the desert once. Traveling is a different thing but having fun while traveling is called successful travelling. I have traveled to many places but this time I have experienced something different which is different from my previous experiences. We travel by car, bus and bike, but traveling on a camel was a different experience for me. After this experience, I want to give this suggestion to everyone that they should experience the desert once in their life.
It was a few days ago when I went with my wife on a trip to a desert 596 kilometers away from my home. Many deserts are found in India but there are only a few that feel like a real desert. We traveled through these deserts and saw their lifestyle. There are such artists hidden here whom we cannot appreciate even in the world. Such dishes are prepared here which make the taste of even the biggest restaurants pale. So let us move ahead in those memories which I have shared with you.
The journey begins with a ride with a beautiful lotus. This was my first experience of sitting on the back of a camel and that too with my wife. I have never ridden an animal before. To sit on a camel, the camel is made to sit on the ground and later we are made to sit on the back of this camel. When we sit down properly then this camel is made to stand from the ground. If you are sitting on a camel for the first time then it is a bit of an awkward experience for you because when the camel is standing from the ground and if you have not properly tied the safety belt on the camel then you can fall from the camel to the ground. Now our camel had risen from the ground and our journey had begun.
The owner of the camel was also with us who was also a guide for us. In the middle of the journey, our guide had given me a cap which is given to someone here as a mark of respect, but our guide had given me that cap to show respect to me. I gave this cap to my wife and we were enjoying the journey. When we entered this desert, we did not know that there is a lot of sunlight inside the desert and we did not even carry water, but later on we got many facilities which are never available in the desert.
It is said that India is a country of artists and there are artists hidden in every corner of every city. As we moved ahead into the desert, we found an artist who had created a palace using the desert sand itself. It looked as if it was made by some machine, but this art was made by this artist without any machines and without any means. I felt very good after seeing this art and I took photos of this art while sitting on the camel. It was indeed a wonderful art which not everyone can do.
It was time for a traditional photography. We did not know that even inside the desert, such good facilities were provided that we could do photography and that too in traditional dress. Turban, shirt, dhoti and a stick in hand for men and veiled blouse and silver jewelery for women, this is the traditional dress of the people here. We had paid approximately Rs 2000 to take these clothes on rent. But it will remain a memory for us throughout our lives. My wife and I did a lot of photography which was done in traditional style.
Human nature creates its own community anywhere and not only human nature, every species around the world creates its own community and lives there. I could not believe that even in this desert there was a human settlement and that too in accordance with the lifestyle here. There was no water visible here, yet life was alive here. There is a beautiful confluence of art, business and lifestyle here which mesmerizes us like a desert where nothing can be seen far away.
After water, the most favorite drink in India is tea. We had heard that tea is very good here. Nowadays, tea is made in machines and even tea can be made by mixing power with water, but there is a unique technique of tea in the middle of the desert which I have not seen till date. Here, tea is prepared by steeping it in a copper pot and in a kulhad burnt in coals, which is made of pure milk and does not contain even the slightest admixture of any substance harmful to the body. Me and my wife, we both drank this tea.
Truly, if you want to see heaven in this world then it is very important to experience Pushkar Desert once. Pushkar's desert full of art, business, delicious food, village lifestyle and natural views will make you feel that there is a world apart from the city which is different from all the others. I have saved my diary of this day on the Heave blockchain so that it will be saved forever and I can open it whenever I want.
