Greetings dear friends and Blogging Challenge community, I am pleased to share with you all my participation in the "ENERGY REFILL CONTEST - Round 15 [ENG-ESP]", the phrase for round N° 15 is the following:
“If life gives you lemons, learn to make lemonade"
Life and our destiny is unpredictable, every day we make plans that often for reasons beyond our control we do not manage to fulfil, life has become a bit complicated in recent years, pandemics, economic crises, friends and relatives out of the country, in short, everything has been out of control out there in the world.
Sometimes we tend to take certain stances in the face of some complicated situations, the ability to react well or badly to difficult situations depends ultimately on how we process the information in our brains. "If life gives you lemons, learn to make lemonade", is a phrase that is read and pronounced fluently, however, we all know that sometimes it is difficult to make juice with that lemon due to the bitterness of it.
I am one of those who think that not all of us react to difficulties in the same way, some panic, others freeze in fear and others wait in calm and meditation. I try to be calm in the face of difficulties, I try to get out of my "comfort" zone and start to evaluate why all this is happening to me.
I always recommend that in times of high tension it is better not to make hasty decisions, experience has shown me and has taught me through not very gratifying experiences that when we make decisions as a result of emotionality we tend to screw up and put the noose around our necks, I always suggest thinking things through as many times as possible and evaluate the consequences that a decision can generate.
Well, if lemons fall from the sky, try to give an effective and productive use to those lemons, sometimes making "lemonade" is not so profitable, that is why I suggest that no matter how complicated a situation is, keep calm, analyse things well and at the most serene moment act as you should.

Saludos queridos amigos y comunidad de Blogging Challenge, me complace compartir con todos ustedes mi participación en el ENERGY REFILL CONTEST - Round 15 [ENG-ESP]", la frase para la ronda N° 15 es la siguiente:
“Si la vida te dá limones, aprende a hacer limonada"
Algunas veces solemos tomar algunas posturas frente a algunas situaciones un tanto complicadas, la capacidad de reaccionar bien a o mal antes situaciones difícil dependen finitamente de como nosotros procesamos la información en nuestro Cerebro. "Si la vida te dá limones, aprende a hacer limonada", es un frase que se lee y se pronuncia de manera fluida, sin embargo, todos sabemos que algunas veces es difícil hacer jugo con ese limón debido a la amargura del mismo.
Soy de los que piensan que no todos reaccionamos ante las dificultades de la misma manera, unos entran en pánico, otros lo congelan el miedo y otros esperan en la calma y la meditación. Yo trato de estar tranquilo ante las dificultades, trato de salir de mi zona de "confort" y comienzo a evaluar el ¿por qué? me está ocurriendo todos esto.
Siempre recomiendo que en momentos de alta tensión es mejor no tomar decisiones apresuradas, la experiencia me lo ha demostrado y me ha enseñado por experiencias nada gratificantes que cuando tomamos decisiones producto de la emocionalidad solemos meter la pata y colocarnos la soga al cuello, siempre sugiero pensar las cosas todas las veces que sean posible y evaluar las consecuencias que una decisión pueda llegar a generar.
Pues, si del cielo caen Limones trata de darle un uso efectivo y productivo a esos limones, algunas veces hacer "limonadas" no suele ser tan provechoso, es por ello que te sugiero que sin importar lo complicado de una situación, guardes la calma, analices bien las cosas y en el momento mas sereno actúes según debas hacerlo.
