The curious thing is that in the middle of the season there was another sudden change and I, like any player, would receive a lot more Glints, but... what can I do, right?
Glint is a reward earned from battles and end of season. So instead of getting random chests you now use glint in their custom shop to get things like cards, titles and potions. Will most likely be more stuff. The thing is they can control the inflation a lot better this way and also offer up many other options for use those glint points earned. It simply replaces reward chests with a more controlled system with more reward options.
They have nerfed rewards by /10, moreless. Incredible. And the DAO, instead exploding in flames, is voting about giving more money to Clayborn friends for "market making" 😆
I mean, it's human nature, but I honestly believed this would turn out different. Oh well, it was a fun game.

On April 15, 1947, Jackie Robinson, age 28, becomes the first African American player in Major League Baseball's modern era when he steps onto Ebbets Field in Brooklyn to compete for the Brooklyn Dodgers.

Robinson made the bigger impact? Being a Dodger?
Jackie's impact and the narrative is what he endured, racism both on the off the field.
Doby went though the same thing.
As for as baseball impact, Robinson was not that much relatively speaking. He was nowhere the player of Ernie Banks, as an example.
Robinson was a very talented player obviously but if he entered MLB in 1963, I doubt he is looked at the same. Hence the comment about Doby who was not long behind Jackie and had to deal with the same attacks.
Not to mention it’s what we were taught in school during Black History Month.
