Another working week has passed, a busy one for me, but productive - That didn't happen by chance of course, I proactively sought to have a good week, to gain desired results, and whilst I didn't perform at optimal level all the time I performed well enough to feel pretty satisfied with my efforts looking back on it now.
I've been away from home working, about 3,000 kilometres from home, and it's been so busy but I now have a few days ahead of me this weekend with no work required - I'm planning on relaxing, recharging and well...that's about it.

I don't have a fun plan, but maybe something fun will happen anyway. I have to take my car for inspection in the morning. That won't take long and is the only order of business that needs attending.
I should try to get into some sort of trouble I'm thinking, but I just haven't figured out what kind yet.

We've had a heatwave this last week with temperatures in the 30s, so at the moment I'm sitting almost comatose with a fan blowing on me, watching Bergerac because it's too damned hot to go outside.
Gardening is always a great idea...even in the heat. I'll be visiting the botanic gardens in the city I'm in this weekend. I don't think they'll let me do any gardening though.

It’s been a busy week for me… including my mum’s medical tests and her operation yesterday, so I’ve been looking after her in her recovery. There were some complications, but they’ve been sorted out. The weekend is going to be very special, it’s my birthday tomorrow, so it’ll be brilliant!
Hopefully that all works out as planned and you can progress into the weekend and find a little time to yourself.
A few days ago, my family and I went out for dinner at an Italian restaurant. I celebrated early, as I knew today would be a quiet day spent looking after my mum. There’s cake!! You’d love it!! It’s got everything. Thank you so much!

Relaxing and recharging is a decent way to spend a weekend!
I'm very sore after this week and I'm...okay I do know why we were moving a lot of slabs over the last couple of weeks XD and I have a physical job. This weekend is cleaning (I don't wanna DX) and project work and quilting and [squints at calendar] putting up the monthly gardening post today or tomorrow and having to listen to a DnD game (Eldest is running one at our house, I don't actually mind that much as it's really nice listening to them having fun but because of my hearing I can't put my music up loud enough to drown them out XD).
It sounds like you've got a fairly decent weekend ahead, I guess any weekend one has health and family around can't be bad.

Well, this weekend, next whole week and next weekend, I have my brother with his son and wife as guests and we are making plans, where, what and how.
So for the next two weeks, I'm expecting a tricky period with a condensed schedule - I need to fit in essential business obligations with time to hang out with my nephew 🙂

Oh yeah that's pretty hot. I don't like it hot either although it gets very hot here I'd prefer nothing over 28.
More or less the same as you, if possible. But people around me are making many plans already, so I'll have to decide if I relax for myself or join social activities. Will see!

I was camping on the shores of Lake Michigan with my wife. We had a great time and the weather was practically perfect!

Saturday I'm planning to go to the sea the whole day, it's too much hot.. Sunday no clue, can't do anything really outside with 39° and humidity 80%
It's work so for them it worked out and I get paid a lot...so for me it worked out too.
It's hot around your area for sure, been looking at the temperatures around the place and for those who don't get temperatures up in those numbers often I think it's been a bit brutal. Enjoy the beach though, it sounds like a good place to be.
