Recently, our life has gained new activity thanks to my daughter @bugavi
Before, I was the only one who exercised regularly and occasionally swam in the sea throughout the Turkish winter. But sometimes crises occur in life, and then we want to radically change everything. When we reach some extreme critical point in our life, then we receive from the Universe the necessary energy to start something new.
So, we invite you to spend a wonderful weekend with us!
First we move through the quiet, deserted streets of Kemer, where I enjoy the strangely beautiful season. For me, ukrainian girl, the calendar winter is similar to a magical mix of autumn and spring. Colorful southern flowers are blooming, and nearby oranges are falling on the cobblestones. Against the background of the blue mountains, the yellow-hot maple leaves contrast beautifully, and next to the metal fence, violets are blooming, which remind me of spring in Ukraine.
Our thirty-day challenge began 10 days ago, when we all started going for long walks together every day.
In fact, it was like this: Victoria and Daryna were running, and I was walking behind with a quick athletic walk and carrying a heavy backpack with towels for further swimming in the sea 😂
But you will not think that I am a victim. It was my voluntary choice :)
Brisk walking I like more than running. And if with an additional load of 3 - 4 kg - it is very useful for your body. So, everyone is satisfied and we are conducting our 30-day challenge. For this, we chose a very nice route - our favorite forest road near the center of Kemer. A walk along this route lasts 40 minutes.
Every time I come here, I again immerse myself in this pine majesty, as if under the protection of good giants in a magical fairy tale.
My girls run ahead. And I also play the role of a videographer, because we need to post this process on Instagram every day.
But my Victoria can't run non-stop, because she gets tired and we take a break on a beautiful lawn where small purple flowers like snowdrops grow. This is an amazing phenomenon of the Turkish winter!
If we climb a little higher on the steep stone formations, we will see beautiful views of Kemer against the background of blue mountains. And I am always fascinated by pictures of clouds over the mountains!
We finish our Marathon on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and usually Victoria dives for one minute in the waves.
But today it got colder and the sea is very stormy. So we decided not to swim today, but we had a lot of fun watching this energetic element. And also look at how beautiful the clouds over the sea are today. It is like pearls that have been showered generously in the sky!

We are truly cool team But we are very different and complementary, so sometimes sparks fly in communication.

I can say that it has been so cold for three weeks in Istanbul. No blooming here yet and I think it will took some more time :)
Today this beautiful flower bloomed near my house. Such first flowers bloom in Ukraine at the end of March.

Usually these oranges that grow in the streets are really too sour, but I know trees where you can pick delicious oranges.

This is a truly unique road in the middle of a pine forest, and on both sides there are strange stone rock formations.
