20 g flour

Mix the flour, egg white, 20 g of milk, salt and half a teaspoon of concentrate.
Heat a pan and prepare three pancakes.
Boil the celery, blend it, dilute it with the remaining milk, add salt.
Cut the other vegetables into small pieces and toss with the oil.
Salt them, season with the chilli and add them to the celery puree.

Mezclar la harina, la clara de huevo, 20 g de leche, sal y media cucharadita de concentrado.

Calentar una sartén y preparar tres tortitas.

Hervir el apio, licuarlo, diluirlo con la leche restante, agregar sal.

Corta las otras verduras en trozos pequeños y mézclalas con el aceite.

Sal, sazona con la guindilla y agrégalas al puré de apio.

Fill the crepes with the mixture, sprinkle them with grated pecorino cheese and grill them.

Rellena las crepes con la mezcla, espolvorea con queso pecorino rallado y asa a la parrilla.
