As you all know today is Monday and I'm quite sure you know what I do every Mondays like this 😊. I share motivational contents every Mondays for those who may be visiting my blog for the first time and I hope you won't miss my next motivational post next week.
Today I'll be sharing with you a very vital ingredient that can really make you successful in everything you do. The fact is that most successful people possesses the vital trait of success and the astonishing part about this is that @crypto.piotr who is fortunate to be the founder of @project.hope community also have this ingredient I'm about to discuss about.
What is this important ingredient to success ?

Thomas Jefferson once said "nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal and nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude". The secret formula or ingredient I've been talking about can be found appears two times in the quote stater by Thomas Jefferson and this ingredient is known as "attitude".
Attitude can be interpreted differently by every individual but most of you will agree that attitude sometimes has something to do with one's character or behavior towards things. We all also tend to have varying or different attitude as an individual and factors such as environment, education, experience, exposure, family, culture, religion and peer pressure tends to have major factor or impact on our attitude.

It's really quite unfortunate that some people aren't where they want to be due to their attitude but such people don't really consider this aspect as a major factor which makes them ignore of neglect such an important factor instead of focusing more on the problem. I know of some people who got the job they've been aspiring for due to their attitude and I also know of some people who lost everything due to their attitude.
The kind of attitude you posses sometimes defines who you are and this will also make people see you in a similar state position due to the type of attitude you possess. You should always try as much as possible to change your attitude at all cost if it's obstructing your chance to be successful. Always try as much as possible to treat people with the respect they deserve and never look down on anyone no matter how superior you may be to them.

Ever since I've known @crypto.piotr for the past 6 years, I've been so curious to know how he gained people's love and attention most especially when he wants you to do something for him probably a small task that will be beneficial to everyone in the community, I've got to notice that @crypto.piotr is someone who makes use of his good attitude to attract lot of people. This is why people will continue to love and support him because of his good attitude towards them. The truth is that I've also started learning about some of his attitude and I'm also putting them into practice and I can see this is really working well for me.
Another good example is that of the world richest man known as Elon Musk who posted a tweet on Twitter about Dogecoin. I noticed the way he was also replying to important comments on his posts without considering looking down on any of his followers unlike some small celebrities who will just post and ignore people's comments without replying to any of them. I was really surprised by his behavior when dealing with people and this is why having a good attitude with people will definitely take you to places you can never imagine and Elon Musk will continue to gain the masses love due to his lovely attitude.
In conclusion, one of the vital ingredient most people take for granted is "attitude" and this is why some people are really finding it difficult to achieve great things just because of their wrong attitude.

I'll love to conclude this with a story adopted from Shiv Khera book known as "You can win". I really found this story very interesting and beneficial to explaining the concept of attitude and I hope you will also learn from this story as well. The story goes thus ;
There was a man who had been looking for a means to survive in his village since he had no job. One day, he decided to leave his village for the neighboring village to start a business over there since there are still much people over there and the village seems to be one of the best place to trade.
On getting to the neighboring village, he saw different people selling different things and he found out that most people in his vicinity were selling balloons due to the increasing population of kids in the area. He also decided he was going to sell balloons too.
He made a small shop and he bought plenty balloons and he started inserting something inside the balloons just to make his market unique from others. A kid the came to him and bought a balloon from this man. The man pumped the balloon for the kid and the kid noticed his balloon was flying very high than other kids and this made the kid curious about the event.

The kid asked the villager, how does my balloon seems to be different and why is it flying very high than others? The villager replied the kid by telling him "I inserted a form of gas in the balloon and this is why your balloon is flying more higher than others. It is actually what is inside the balloon that makes it to fly and not the balloon itself".
If you really want to achieve more greater height and success in life, always ensure you work on your attitude because it is a vital ingredient that can also make you successful.

You are so right when you say that attitude is a determinant of success, in the end that reflects what we really are, far beyond words. Because many people by word can claim to be a certain way, and really what matters is what they do and the attitude with which they assume the different realities in life.
