Ok, what a week it has been this one. We have lots of news in this gathering. To start with, we want to let you all know that we have made huge progress with the first VIP Missile sold to @new.things.
He is already getting some deserved random attention from @forykw. Wanna reserve that VIP place too? There are only 9 seats left. Remember that you can sell the NFT to anyone and whoever holds them, gets the attention.
So, what changes did this bring to the Pub? Well, around this much 👉 57 BEE, plus whatever was already being converted since the last gathering, in total, we are pushing into the BEE:DEC Liquidity Pool, an amazing 74.63438254 BEE 😱 - @forykw had to go shopping for DEC to cover this huge amount of BEE.
(We have now passed 10% progress to the milestone of 2k BEE to be raised)
On the other hand, the Pub SPS is accumulating and providing long-term sustainability. We have intentions to run an SPS node (when that comes into place) and that could present itself as a way to promote visitors based on attendance or sharing the initiative.

This is a very convenient tool for people exploring how to interact with HIVE using customer JSON broadcasts. Mostly for advanced users, but since those are also welcome here, there you go. We recommend you bookmark it anyway, just in case you need it in the future.
Crypto-Shots (Upcoming Game)
Since the last gathering, we have explored a new game by @cryptoshots.nft (shots 🔫 and not these 🥃 shots, like @forykw thought, at first sight, 🤣), that is about to release in the format of a 3D first-person-shooter (FPS) AND play-to-earn game on WAX with integrations on HIVE. Crazy 😱 Right!?
Currently, if you visit their Discord Server you can already play the initial (non-3D) version of the game, embedded in a discord-based format (uses WAX NFT's). Find all the amazing stuff they are doing on the whitepaper!
@forykw already gave it a try (3D pre-alpha testing) and he approves what's coming! Stay sharp on the Alpha release planned for Feb 13th.

Nice work. All block chain games are a slow grind at the start unless you put some resources in. I focused building up a bit of hive power before moving resources into the games but I surpose there no real right or wrong way, it's more a case of what works for you. !LOL

@new.things is being very helpful introducing me to some nice communities and also apps related to the HIVE community.
I still struggle with some of these bots sometimes. 2 of them downvoting pretty often and another spamming with topics about mind controlling stuff in HIVE, etc.

Yeah, bots can become daunting sometimes. Keep it easy on them, they will eventually figure it out. Otherwise, you can drop them a message on their discord channels.
When you run out of Resource Credits (green bar), you need either to wait for it to regenerate or to power up some HIVE. You have a few HBDs in your wallet that you can either convert to HIVE, sell on the market (hive market requires an active key), or move to the savings account where it will gain 12% APR (claimable every month).

Not really sure what I am doing,
I read a bit about some park and art gallery strategy to get kick started, I might try that or a scaled down version of the pubs account.
I don't really have a lot of resources to throw at dcity at the moment but an happy to build slowly bit by bit month by month.

Not sure if @gerber is ever gonna bring missiles to attack cities but that looks like a nice idea.
Starting a city under these conditions is soo different! My gosh... looks like the opposite of how it looked when I started. This is somehow nice because population cards will value a lot more now. So it might actually be worth using the 2nd edition too after you have some techs that boost people.
dCity is super shilled... don't need to worry much. Just keep coming now and then. 5 min a day is more than enough to be very competitive.
