Sorteo de los octavos de final de la UEFA Champions League [ESP-ENG] ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Si te gusta el futbol europeo y la UEFA Champions League, de seguro estarás atento a lo que ocurrirá dentro de unas horas en el sorteo de los octavos de final de éste importante torneo. Creo que es uno de los más abiertos y balanceados que he visto en los últimos años. Por favor, acompáñame a opinar sobre algunas de las posibilidades que hay para éste evento y especulemos sobre lo que sucederá allí.
QUIENES ESTARÁN PRESENTE
El país que más equipos metió para ésta fase fue España, con cuatro de los cinco equipos que estaban compitiendo, sólo quedando por fuera el Sevilla, quien quedó de último en su zona perdiendo toda posibilidad de seguir en competición continental. No ganó ni un partido y empató dos. Pero lo más relevante de ésta presencia española es que esos cuatro equipos estarán en el bombo de los cabeza de grupo, siendo el Real Madrid el más destacado, con sus seis victorias. Atlético y Real Sociedad no perdieron ningún encuentro. Y a pesar de las dos derrotas del Barcelona, logró arañar el primer puesto con la misma cantidad de puntos que el Porto.
Italia y Alemania están representados por tres equipos cada uno. Los italianos estarán todos en el bombo para los segundos de grupo. Todos ganaron el 50% de sus compromisos, siendo el Inter quien alcanzó más puntos, gracias a que tampoco perdió ningún encuentro. En cuanto a los teutones, Bayern permaneció invicto en su sector y Borussia Dortmund sobrevivió al grupo de la muerte y llegó clasificado para la última jornada. Ellos dos estarán en el primer bombo, y el Leipzig estará en el segundo.
Inglaterra metió a dos equipos, ambos como líderes de grupo. Manchester City aplastó a sus rivales de grupo, siendo el equipo que más goles anotó en esa fase, y quedándose con el primer lugar gracias a sus seis victorias. El otro fue el Arsenal, también primero, también con muchos goles, pero con un empate. Los otros países representados son Francia (PSG), Portugal (Porto), Paises Bajos (PSV) y Dinamarca (Copenhague).
LUCEN MUY LÓGICOS
Cuando vemos los nombres que estarán en el bombo de los ganadores de grupo parece muy lógico lo que encontramos, por los nombres, por la historia y muchos por su actualidad. Vemos al Bayern, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Atlético de Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City y Barcelona. Son nombres pesados, y suena muy lógico que estén en ese lugar en el sorteo. Tal vez el que desentona un poco es Real Sociedad, de hecho es sexto en su competición local actualmente. Pero es la única "sorpresa", por así decirlo. Tal vez sea al que la mayoría en el segundo bombo quiere enfrentar.
El bombo de los segundos de grupo tiene nombres que suenan que están un escalón más abajo que el anterior. Copenhague, PSV, Napoli, Inter, Lazio, PSG, Leipzig y Porto tendrán su esfera en el sorteo. ¿Quiénes desentonan un poco aquí? Tal vez concuerdes con el campeón de Francia (PSG) quien tiene una muy buena plantilla. O tal vez el campeón de Italia (Napoli) quien ha sufrido mucho para ser el mismo del año pasado, pasando por crisis que incluso lo han llevado a cambiar de entrenador ésta temporada. Pero todo esto es sólo en papeles, porque hay que tomar en cuenta que los parisinos estaban en el grupo de la muerte, y con sólo dos victorias no podían esperar sacar petróleo allí. Y quien acompañaba al Napoli en el grupo era el mismísimo Real Madrid. Era complicado.
POSIBILIDADES MUY AMPLIAS
Ya sabemos que en ésta instancia no pueden enfrentarse equipos del mismo país, ni tampoco dos equipos que vengan del mismo grupo. Con todo, las posibilidades son muy, muy abiertas, de las que más abiertas he visto en los últimos años. ¿Por qué? A continuación comentaré algunos datos al momeno de iniciar el sorteo. Ya sabemos que al ir saliendo nombres y emparejándolos van reduciéndose las opciones y posibilidades y variarán todo. Pero esto es lo que tenemos antes de sacar el primer nombre.
El hecho de que los cuatro españoles hayan quedado en el primer bombo y no haya compatriotas en el segundo, hace de que tengan las siete opciones disponibles (sacando sólo a quien les tocó enfrentarse en sus respectivos grupos). Bayern y Borussia Dortmund tienen seis posibilidades, ya que no podrán enfrentarse con quienes compartieron grupo (Copenhague y PSG, respectivamente) ni al Leipzig por ser del mismo país. Arsenal y Manchester City tendrán igual siete posibilidades, ya que no hay ingleses en el segundo bombo, y no podrán ir contra quienes enfrentaron en la fase anterior.
Peculiarmente, los tres italianos están en el segundo bombo, por eso tienen siete posibilidades de emparejamiento, ya que solo se excluye a quien fue su rival de grupo. Copenhague, PSV, PSG y Porto también tendrán siete posibilidades por ser los únicos representantes de sus respectivos países.
QUIEN TIENE MENOS POSIBILIDADES
El Leipzig es quien menos nombres tiene para emparejamiento. No puede ir con el Borussia Dortmud ni con el Bayern, por ser del mismo país, ni tampoco con el Manchester City, por enfrentarse en la fase anterior. Así que tiene sólo cinco nombres disponibles: los cuatro españoles y Arsenal. Así que muy probablemente ésta plantilla alemana deberá viajar a España en febrero.
EL MÁS DESEADO
Con todo respeto, pero seguramente Real Sociedad es que más novias tiene para éste sorteo. El Inter es el único con quien no puede cruzarse. Los otros siete equipos de seguro lo verán más accesible que los demás líderes de grupo.
¿MI SORTEO IDEAL?
Por lo amplia de las posibilidades, es difícil determinar cuál podría ser el resultado que tendremos. Pero en vista de lo lógico que lucen los bombos (a mi parecer), creo que tendremos también unos emparejamientos balanceados. Lo que sí deseo es que no queden un emparejamiento en el que queden dos equipos de los más flojos de cada zona, ni que queden los dos más fuertes juntos. Por ejemplo, no quisiera ver un Real Sociedad vs. Copenhague. ¿En serio? No sería tan atractivo. Y peor aún, si quedara al mismo tiempo un PSG enfrentarse al Real Madrid o Manchester City. O el Inter frente a los merengues o ciudadanos. Sería algo injusto ver que dos fuertes se enfrenten y pase uno solo, mientras dos de los más modestos se enfrenten y uno se adelante sobre el fuerte que se quedó en el camino.

LOOK VERY LOGICAL
When we look at the names that will be in the pool of group winners it seems very logical what we find, because of the names, because of the history and many because of their actuality. We see Bayern, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City and Barcelona. They are heavy names, and it sounds very logical that they would be in that spot in the draw. Perhaps the one that is a bit of a mismatch is Real Sociedad, in fact they are sixth in their home competition at the moment. But it is the only "surprise", so to speak. Perhaps it is the one that most people in the second draw want to face.
The group runners-up hype has names that sound like they are a rung lower than the previous one. Copenhagen, PSV, Napoli, Inter, Lazio, PSG, Leipzig and Porto will have their sphere in the draw. WHO HAS THE LEAST CHANCES

THE MOST DESIRED

MY IDEAL DRAW?

For example, I wouldn't want to see a Real Sociedad vs. Copenhagen. It wouldn't be that attractive. And even worse, if PSG were to face Real Madrid or Manchester City at the same time. Or Inter vs. the Merengues or Citizens. It would be a bit unfair to see two strong teams face each other and only one goes through, while two of the lesser teams face each other and one gets ahead of the strong team that fell by the wayside.

Desde mi punto de vista el sorteo estuvo muy interesante los emparejamientos creo fueron justos. Pero también creo que mide la competencia de cada planten justo en la etapa adecuada .... Esperemos el espectáculo colega mis saludos.
