Me and @derangedvisions is having a blast here in Estes Park Colorado/Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a lot of good food, cool views and cool things to do. We came down here in hopes of getting some decent wildlife and landscape photos.
Our first day here we drove through the National Park and didn't really get so lay eyes on much wild life. We actually had better luck around town.
There is so many cool views around this area and roads that split off in every direction between different mountains. There is also some pretty cool water falls that take a short hike to get to, and over 300 miles in hiking trails that take you all over the park.
The photos above are photos I took of @derangedvisions putting in photography work on this beautiful beast of an Elk soaking up the morning sun. It laid there in peace opening and shutting its eyes as it dazed in and out of a little nap.

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I hope it brings a much better variety of wildlife and landscape photos as we have more to explore. I'm still looking for my bull moose and close up bald eagle photo. Thank you all for stopping my my post and taking a look. More to come!
