Hello Everyone,
Today I pulled all of the cannabis plants out to clean the big tent.
It's a good practice to clean after every harvest, and this time I was a bit behind with things and didn't get it cleaned right away.
These plants will have a nice clean tent to start their flowering process in however.
Let's check out some photos!
I utilized approximately one capful of bleach in a half full mop bucket with water for this job.
It was an extremely easy process. The gunk on the floor came up with barely any effort at all.
I decided to keep them on the floor until their next watering, depending on how much they stretch. I have the table temporarily pulled out.
They might go back up on the table in about two or three days, and then I will flip the light timer to a twelve hour schedule, which will induce flowering.
The fan leaves are exhibiting the size of maximum mature cannabis leaves, and the health of them is pretty good.
I've been giving them no nutrients, but the soil was used previously and evidently full of nutrients still, or at least enough to provide a very nice vegetation with minimal issues.
That will do it for today.

I love seeing how long you take care of your plants, these plants themselves are telling how fresh they are and how well they are cared for. We all know how beneficial these plants are for our health and for providing us with carbon dioxide and I love to see that you care so much about these plants.

I find that very true and can smell the plants in the air all day long and I love it.
Everyone should have some plants as home companions in my opinion :)
Wao you are doing your job very wonderfully. When dirt gets on anything they don't look as pretty as they should because of the dirt the way you cleaned them is washed now they look so much prettier. I love the smell of plants and they also help us fresh breathe a lot.
A more dirty environment attracts more unwanted bugs too.

The plants are all looking healthy :) nice to get the tent proactively cleaned out before issues creep up - last time I did mine I had about a half inch of water, green with healthy algae growth lol.

I was already having issues with gnats, thrips, spider mites, .. all kinds of critters, but luckily the Captain Jack's insecticide is some good stuff and has done a great job of eradicating.
Hopefully a cleaner tent will keep it bug free for a while.

The other times I cleaned the tent I was hand scrubbing the floor, for some reason didn't think to use a mop until this time lol.

Its all a matter of preference at this point. If you want to get more of a yield, you could let them go a bit longer, but its all up to you.

I can easily see the love and affection you have for your plants, If you love something, you feel happy in caring for it, Tent was dusty before and after you clean it, it become fresh and I am sure Your plants will also be happy, there is something missing on your face @futuremind, and that is your smile my friend. always keep smiling.

I think the previous yield was low for a combination of reasons.
Early in vegetation I made a terrible mistake of planting three cannabis plants per container, restricting the root systems and plant spacing. I had to perform an emergency transplanting and give them all their own containers.
I also overfed them and burned some of the critical foliage which supports bud growth later on.
Aside from that I was going through a relationship breakup, and this isn't something I deal with very well emotionally, so it was effecting the plants and my ability to give them the best care possible.
I still thought the buds looked big and expected a lot more.
I'm confident this current grow will be my best grow ever.
You love and nurture your plants so well, I can definitely understand how being in a less than optimal place yourself would affect their development.
Growing for a high yield seems to require an awful lot of attention! I know my garden could produce much more than it does if I were to give it all the care you give your lovies.
Good luck on the next batch! I haven't managed to get up there yet. Too much gets in the way. Hopefully things will settle down, before I have to be home tending my own crops.
