Homesteading Through Tough Times!

Hey everyone, gold silver and crypto-currency the best hedge bet to an economic meltdown all of us alternative media/ economy folks have been lead to believe over the years and up until now, I guess that was partially true, BUT....

Given recent developments and South Africa now on imminent shut down what I have learnt is simple, you can simply not eat Gold, Silver or Crypto, which leads me to believe the best currency in the global pandemic we all currently find outselves in, is food!

Depending on the level of contamination and your Country of residence you would have experienced for the first time ever for some no food on shelves in stores. I did today and have for the last few days even. Quiet shocking to be Frank.

I have been growing food for a long time. I am a bee-keeper, my Landlords daughter gives us a constant supply of fresh pasture eggs, as per Google: Pastured eggs come from pastured chickens. ... In the case of chickens, "pasture" could mean a pasture, a meadow, fallow fields, or even woods. The result in eggs is tremendous; they have deep yellow, even orange yolks from their greens-rich and varied diet, and the whites are clear and bouncy.

These chickens to the locals are known as 'scratch chickens' eggs literally do not get more nutritious, healthy as the birds eat just what they would in the wild, bugs, berries worms and more. So I am blessed to have a roof over my head. A constant supply of healthy food, water, solar it could be worse. Everything in these pics including the eggs and honey are out the garden.

Those glorious yellow fruit are yellow brinjals featured on Steemit before, once you plant them they grow like weeds and are really tasty, bitter but nice!

Lastly, the lovely orange looking fruit not many have seen? Persimmons or Sharon fruit as per wikipedia: The persimmon /pərˈsɪmən/ (sometimes spelled persimon) is the edible fruit of a number of species of trees in the genus Diospyros. The most widely cultivated of these is the Asian or Japanese persimmon, Diospyros kaki.[1] Diospyros is in the family Ebenaceae, and a number of non-persimmon species of the genus are grown for ebony timber. Love and Light, be blessed and keep healthy and safe.

Thanks @qurator, I tried again to deletgate another 600 I see 200 went through, the rest another issue! Anything you can advise me to try from that side I will glady do so again. Be blessed. Cheer$;)

Wish we could be of more help here, but no idea why you are getting those errors. Try again after a few days, many things still a bit wonky but I know there are many devs out there creating new tools for everything we need

Its the hive error i get.. okies will do thanks a mil :)

Oops, something went wrong. Here is the error message:
"available_shares >= delta: Account craigcryptoking does not have enough mana to delegate. required: {"amount":"391462244859","precision":6,"nai":"@@000000037"} available: {"amount":"-399721216031","precision":6,"nai":"@@000000037"}"

I see that your current RC is on 52%. Maybe that's the issue.
Whenever you delegated out, the Mana value of that delegation is removed from the total mana. So if you don't have enough to cover that delegation it will give error. I hope that makes sense.

Hey @qurator send me that link where I can see my RC much like steemd.com right? To increase I need to wait right? Cheer$;)

You can see the RC here:

Yes, you just have to wait a bit :) I see it already regenerated a bit. I really hope that was the issue with the delegation.
