Finally some one is saying "NO" to facebook, and taking them to court! She has a solid argument on the arbitrary nature of their 'fake news' label they use, to censor Conservative's honest opinions!

They apparently have upped their game on facebook with respect to censorship. Candace Owens is claiming an increase in Censorship intended to affect the November Election!
BLEXIT founder Candace Owens will sue Facebook over its “blatant censorship” after the social media platform demonetized her page following her comments about senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) swearing into congress in 2017 as an “Indian-American.”
Candace Owens said that Facebook has suppressed her page after she commented her thoughts on senator Harris being chosen as Democrat nominee Joe Biden’s vice president for the upcoming November election.
What did she say that was so egregious as to demand immediate censorship for fake content? Ms. Owens said:
“I am SO EXCITED that we get to watch [Kamala Harris], who swore into congress as an ‘Indian-American’, now play the ‘I’m a black a woman’ card all the way until November,” said Owens upon hearing the news. “Fun times!”
Which is 100% correct, yet since it was showing Harris in a bad (Hypocritical) light; facebook stepped and attacked Ms. Owens with a lock down on her account!
She has responded by filing suit, which will force them into a position of being deposed under oath. She will also pull in their 'fake news' source for a similar deposition! It will get interesting, maybe we can call it hypocrites on parade....
In her post, Owens included an Associated Press image from January 3, 2017, when Harris was sworn in as a senator. The Facebook post was later labeled as exhibiting “false information,” which was “checked by independent fact-checkers.”
According to “AP’s assessment,” in interviews, Harris “has regularly talked about how her mother, who was from India, raised her as Black.” The so-called “fact-checkers” now claim that “social media users are falsely suggesting that Harris only recently began identifying as Black.”
“I never said that Kamala never said she was black. I said she swore into Congress as Indian-American, which is true,” Owens told Breitbart News in a phone interview.
Since she has video proof that this is factual and that it happened; she has a VERY good case, and they are in real legal trouble! She obviously intends to nail their hide to the barn door, and I think she will....
“It’s also my opinion that I’m looking forward to watching Kamala Harris, who swore into congress as an Indian-American now play the ‘I’m a black woman’ card,” continued Owens. “Fact checkers can’t tell me what I’m looking forward to. That is the blatant censoring of an opinion.”
Pretty clear, and she will make them bleed when she get them into deposition under oath! All she has to do is aks them how the decided that what she said she looked forward to, is indeed false...including sources they have that convinced them they Knew more about what Ms. Owens was "looking forward to"!
They MUST know more about what she looks forward to, than she herself knows; WOW! I am thrilled that someone kicked them in the teeth for their hypocritical censorship abuse.
The best option, is for everyone offended by their 'creative censorship'; to close their facebook account! It would cost them a fortune in data mining losses alone.
Others should join in the suit or file their own. We should keep databases of our cases against the tyrants.
I already fired them. If enough people quit FB, they will be forced to change their policy!
BUT Lawsuits are a perfect way to force them to do what they should have done to begin with....

Censorship will limit access to those that you hope to reach on FB.
All we can do is publish every instance, and if the chance presents itself, sue them for their creative censorship.

Spam is an activity, not a person. A person cannot be a "spam".
So stop lying. I have never said that you are a "spam". I only asked to stop "spamming comments".
This is actually not on topic, so it would qualify as a spam comment.
It bothers me to see a double down vote, as that looks like the use of a bot to double down vote to censor comments on my page.
