Here is an outline of some of our home videos from the 1990's. As a family, with the help of VCRs, we started recording shows, movies, etc, at least by the 1980's. We would continue recording random things off the TV into the 2000's.

But we didn't actually start making home videos via camcorders until 1996. The goal of this post is to list and summarize our videos from the 1990's. This is a rough draft and I will try to add more to this timeline when I can. This outline is incomplete, to be continued.

1996-07-19 - The Frighteners - Starring Michael J. Fox - recorded onto the VCR later on when it was on television, whenever that was or maybe just the trailer was recorded
Susie Q was a TV movie that premiered in Germany and then to the U.S. Disney Channel and it starred the pink Power Ranger actress, Amy Jo Johnson. I don't know which month it aired originally but it says 1996 at least.

1997-08-31 - Sunday - Princess Diana was murdered - We had cable on that Sunday and we recorded the TV Guide Channel number 1 or 2 and it showed the date.
1997-09-01 - Monday - Also, we recorded CNN the next day, live, to cover the murder or death of Princess Diana.
