This is so sad and life can be such a bitch - I am going on to the fourth month and I guess the longing and pain will get better but in the best of times it just sucks. It is hard, I feel for you. At 4 months in everything still seems so painful. I am mostly ok now but have found anniversaries to be quite tough. That and the birthdays. Grr. It will all get better thought, that's what to hold on to
