It's been a while since I talked about Steemfat 3.

For the reader that doesn't know what it is.

Steemfat is my quest to get in shape for Steemfest (the main Steem event every year).

I actually did manage to get in proper shape for Steemfest 2 but it quickly declined from there.

Life, good food, bbq, steak, fun, wine, beer, whiskey....o well you know my blog...

I tried to pick it up here and there and write about it but I kept falling of the wagon so at some point I just thought...fuck it.

But for the last 6 weeks it's been going well.

New balance seemed to have been found.

Bianca and I go to the gym 5 times a week and we in general eat well.

We allow ourself to have fun too and those are usually the times I write about, like yesterday. (burgers and beers).

Tonight it will just be boring chicken with rice and vegetables.

Like I said balance.

But even after working pretty hard at it I got this comment the other day.

It put me in stitches.

It was that vlog where I show my trading card.

Last year I went through a very difficult situation in life and unfortunately didn't know how to handle both she. That I generated a bit of depression. Even being a psychologist, I can't deal well with the symptoms of what happened .... Unfortunately, I caused insomnia and weight gain. I don't weigh myself a couple of weeks, but, left 75 kilos (my ideal weight I believe) and I should be weighing some 88 now. I won nearly 14 pounds, stopped working out, by a power failure and I was eating, eating and eating.

This brings me post your animation to work out again. See how you're a girl happy and how physical activity is good for both aesthetics and our happiness. You are very pretty and will always see a good mood!!!

I hope that in the second half, from month 6 or 7, I come back to practice physical activity and cardiorespiratory to do weight training again.

The important thing is that you are really taking time to do those exercises and not making excuses, that indicates that you keep the balance you speak, not bad that occasionally break the diet so to speak, for that you train constantly to give Those tastes, either way still working hard! Just hearing about steemfest for the first time, we Nigerians haven't hosted any steemfest and would love to be a part of it.
About your weight .. you've got some height mannnnnnn.. add any more muscle and you will be hired a beyonce's bouncer

I don't really thing there is a mich different on the picture, you really look good man!, i also like your body fitness.

Your Steemfat project is good. If you keep this up, you'll get in shape quickly. You just have to change your meals a little bit, and that's it. The food is tempting and hard to leave at first, but then it becomes a habit.

Anyway you can get off the diet once in a while and eat your hamburger, drink your beer and enjoy with your friends quietly hahaha.

I don't think slim look would fit you best.

You should have some meat on.

By the way, there's no need of going to gym 5 times a week.

It's unnesecessary, especially for people that are not advanced (basically have lots of muscle).

I'm doing great by doing full body workouts 3 times per week.

Your body needs rest and 5x per week is not needed.

Except if you're using steroids, lol.

I've done a 150kg deadlift few weeks ago, and strength is going up rapidly.

I'm going to switch to 4 times per week (upper-lower-upper-lower).

5x per week is ideal I would say. With 2 rest days. Just like a 9 to 5 job would be. It's probably perfect since you want some momentum going. Only 3 per week it may be easy to become very lazy.

Classical "bro" split isn't good (if you're thinking about that).

Your muscles need around 2 days to rest.

So, if you train chest and biceps on Monday, you'll have a 7 day gap between doing that muscle.

But, if you train full-body every 2 days, you'll hit that muscle more often, and make better results.

I have a question for you?

If someone says, if you lift 150kg in bench, would you do it once a week or every day?

Believe me, you'll get stronger by doing every muscle 3 times a week, and not once a week.

There is no standard for how long the body needs to rest. If you are talented in meditation and relax you only need 2 hours of sleep per day. So it all depends on the person. Same as there is no universal diet. If you know your body then you will know what it can do and not do. All comes down to how skilled a person is at paying attention to their own body and how it works.

Red alert! Breech of etiquette! You never ask anyone why they have gotten out of shape or gained weight. We all have mirrors! The fact that you are trying to eat healthily and workout should suffice. As long as you feel well and are happy, who cares?

Haha! Well on the internet you can expect everything :) I don't mind. I thought it was pretty funny. I'm very happy and confident so that helps. I like the idea of Steemfat because it reminds me to check were I stand every year.

You don't seem too far from the shape on the cartoons. I have to ask though how did you get that option on comments to show you are interacting with a "HUMAN"?

I use a really nice browser extension made by @stoodkev. It's called Steemplus here.

I do remember your steemfat blog from last year. I don't think you have fallen that far off. With a strict diet and disciplined workouts you can snap back and look even more slimmer and fitter. By working out 5 times a week you are already on the right path :)

It's not that big of a difference in your appearance to be honest :) and you know I like to be critical from time to time :P

No, this isn't an ad for some magic pill. LOL I'm sharing what I've been seeing work for over 10 years now.

Choose your foods by your blood type. When you choose the correct foods for you (which requires also knowing your parent's blood types), you will lose 2-3lbs a week until you hit the normal weight for your height.

When you eat the foods for your blood type, your body digests and uses the food properly. When you eat foods wrong for your blood type, your body spends resources fighting off parts of those foods.

I've Brought This Information

to many people, of all blood types. I've also watched it work with all blood types.

Tried The Blood Type Diet and It Didn't Work?

Here is what you need to pay attention to:

  • Your Blood Type (obviously)
  • The Blood Types of Your Parents
  • The pH of Your Body
  • Additional Ingredients

When something is neutral for your blood type and avoid for one of your parents, it can be avoid for you. An alkaline body pH can make it easier for you to digest it, but some things will always be avoid foods.

Your body needs to be Alkaline, so eating 70%+ alkaline and alkalizing foods helps immensely. Too alkaline can also be as bad as too acidic, be careful. ;)

Additional ingredients. Always read ALL the ingredients on a food package. If it was natural flavorings, it would say strawberry puree instead of "natural flavors". Chemicals, highly refined foods, hydrogenated oils and more are all avoids.

Thanks for expantiating more on it, I actually don't know what it is about but thanks to you adequate info, I really get to know more about steemitfat, like it name speaketh, one would agree that a lot of menu menu such as drink and a great refreshment is on the way if I'm actually correct.

This will be awesome wish I could have a chance to witness it, ugh, if that will be possible. Thanks for sharing, I like it.

I believe that with discipline, anyone can achieve what they so desire. You too can @exyle. I really haven't heard about steemfat before now. I introduced some newbies to steemit who have been plaguing me with questions. This is an additional knowledge for me and for those who care to know. Thanks for always keeping us updated.
