I didn't have that issue when I was married, because he didn't want to take care of the money, so I did. LOL ! Not that there was so much of it to cause worries.
....and crypto didn't exist at the time.
Rates on everything seem to be steadily going up. I bet that's a question on a lot of people's minds.
I had to start taking care of it when we kept getting penalty fees from the bank for various things as the good lady for all her good bits is body awful with money!

Uh oh ! Yeah, I have a sister that used to be like that. Kind of gave their credit rating a ding before she confessed to her hubby. He is great with money, but he had no idea what all she had been juggling behind the scenes. It wasn't malicious on her part, just stuff she thought she could handle in a timely fashion that turns out she couldn't.
The poorer level of living is going to grow much larger if the price hiking doesn't get turned around.
That was exactly the same as my ex-wife of many moons ago. She was more blatant though and just spent everything we had and a lot more besides. It was a dark time!

Grand scale thievery appears to have really gotten worse over here or at least that is what it looks like to me. I do believe it will only continue to get worse if the economy continues to go down. Such a sad sight to see in a country that at one time had so much potential.
Its the exact same here. I am thinking it is a Western or capitalist curse that countries eventually go up the swanny because the greed goes unchecked and the rich just want more and more and more and will genuinely not be happy until everyone else is a skivvy!
