What can one cook in isolation for a good homey Easter but a BREAD?
A bread is common but when you add a little something special..it can become amazing.
This time I went for Polenta. The good ol' cornmeal risotto - as I call it - is a great add to a bread. It gives a nice earthy taste to it but also keeps it elastic and moist. Yes, I said it: moist!
It was gone almost as soon as it left the oven...
