How are you feeling today ? Do you feel happy, sad, exited or just normal ?
We have all experienced feelings that we did not wish to feel. It could be pain, missing a person, wrong excitement or anything similar. Psychologist suggest that we are driven by two connected motivations - to feel pleasure and avoid pain. Sadly most of us devote more energy to the latter than the former which is the reason why I started this series of *Feelings - How to handle them*.

I have experienced a lot of emotional chaos at this young age and I think that many of you went through similar situations like me. I have grown into a woman who knows how to deal with critical feelings and how to master difficult situations led by true emotions. Actually this is one of the reasons why I started this series. I want to give people who are insecure the chance to overcome their fear, to deal with bad feelings, to get more confidence and to be able to control their emotions. It´s definitely not easy and it took me more than 6 years to understand why I feel the way I do.

Before you start working on your sentiment, you should analyze your emotions. Try to answer all these three W-questions, once you will get into a situation where you need the help to handle your feelings.
- Why am I feeling this emotion right know?
- What brought me into this situation?
- Where did everything start?
Inner feelings are just a mind thing. If you know how to master and trick your own mind, you dont need to worry about stress, pain and grief anymore.
I often write down in a lot of my "How to trick your mind" - posts, that I am not a professional psychologist but I realized that people like and copy the way how I deal with problems which excites me a lot because I love to help others.

Sure girl but it depends where you from because in my country there are a lot of corruption and common people feel that with a huge % poverty so money can improve their lives and with that money people can be happy and get things that never had , because we are people cheerful and strong in south america by nature. I don't think the word "control" should ever be used in conjunction with emotions. It's a hopeless endeavor. Control implies choice, and we never choose our emotions.
The rest of what you say is really spot on. I just suggest replacing "control" with "influence."

To bring everything peaceful, we have to be patient, to assume all the painful problems do not exist, if the people who hurt us then think they are crazy, preoccupied with our work, do not care what people say to us, the most important capital , Maturity in action, succumbing in the sense of retreat to gain the truth or win.

I feel happy Because what i have that is satisfaction for me.
I've made a post about this and indeed if we feel no emotions then we cannot be happy or excited, love or laugh. There can therefore be no intrinsic, purpose for our lives anymore as you cannot feel happiness at having accomplished something, you cannot be excited to learn about something new and so on. Is our goal only to procreate and insure the continued existence of mankind dull though it may be for all individuals? that answer seems rather sad!
Keep staying optimistic and don't let any negative emotions boil in you and build up in pressure as that is when nasty things can arise.

It is important to be able to respond to the emotions that you have. As you said, @soldier, how to deal with it!
In reality, can you even 'control' or 'influence' your emotions?
If you are sad and need to cry, then cry...If you are happy and have to laugh, then laugh.
If you are angry and that emotion incites a response, such as violence, then you can still be angry, but here is where you need to have the ability to respond in a non-violent way.
My experience --- i feel sad time to time . Some times for small reason. Sometimes thought of not doing justice to my talent .. then when u think abt all the suffering in this world and how better ur life is i feel happy and thankfull.. and i had opportunity to help people .. just help them and look inthier eyes!!! That feeling u have is beyond money
