We're in the fortunate position of not having much mortgage now. I know people say that rates were much higher a few years back, but houses are much more expensive now. We did a self-build and it worked out well for us.
I do still hope that $HIVE will go up again though. A lot of people could benefit from that.

By the time my fixed rate runs out I won't have a huge amount left. In mortgage terms at least. Hopeful hive cracks the dollar and stays above for ever more and we will all be laughing!
