but before we begin I wanted to check what the community is interested in cause my recent tweet made me realize there were quite a few games missing that others would like to participate in winning assets/tokens of in an effort to drive more traffic towards Hive's front-ends through posts of said games being shared on #web2.
I figured best would be to create some sort of poll through the comment section here to see if there's interest for these games. In turn, poshtoken will purchase assets/tokens to give away to those effectively sharing and proving they've shared on #web2 (Twitter and Reddit). I think this would both reward those a bit extra interested in the game's they post & posh about and are involved in and at the same time incentivize more people to share and post about them while at the same time driving more people to register with POSH to continue to be incentivized to share and drive traffic to our ecosystem.
I've yet to determine how exactly the giveaways will work but the last one we did turned out super effective and lots of engagement and new registrations followed, many who continued to share on a regular basis.
In this post, please vouch for games on #hive you'd want POSH to do giveaways of. It could also work as a form of promotion towards your favorite games so don't shy away from getting other players to vouch for it. POSH is all about promotion, primarily of Hive posts but that can cover pretty much any and all games on Hive as authors and players similarly are incentivized to post about them.
I'll be leaving comments with the name of the game so vouch for them either with a vote or reply.
If I miss any games please let me know in the comments as well to include them.
After we've established which all games have shown interest, we'll move forward with figuring out how to best incentivize sharing and rewarding those who share with assets and tokens they're interested in. So TL;DR, a little extra buy pressure on your favorite gaming assets/tokens, distribution in the form of giveaway to those interested in said tokens/assets and more activity of sharing the same games' post content on #web2 to attempt to drive more traffic to them and our ecosystem, win-win-win-win?

If some of the games/players would like to sponsor with assets on their own in the form of promotion, please let me know either through the post or contact me on discord/twitter, though keep in mind any sponsorship even if all the rewards will go through giveaways to POSH'ers will be transparently mentioned as such.

Obviously, it has lots of potentials and possibilities for Hive, Blockchain world and GAMING WORLD.
It is, first of all, a game for fun (Action Genre - First & third Person Shooter), before a game for earning, hence the free mode accommodates everyone.
It is in its Alpha testing stage at the moment and we've gotten lots of amazing feedback from those who've tried it out. Hence, we have a working model, tested and trusted (although many would say trust can't be 100%), and it is always undergoing development for the sake of improvement, as evidenced in the progress so far.
However, given that it has the "possibility" of becoming (or being close to) what Splinterlands is to Hive, given the data of those interested in FPS game worldwide, additional incentives for those who promote it on Twitter or Reddit will be really cool and it'd motivate others to share... at the end of the day, we're promoting Hive games.
It can be done either before or after @psyberx fully goes public... or both 💥

As it has multiple games in the works and the main one looks to be a full fledged 3D FPS, has all the potential of setting a new standard for NFT gaming. People still pay good moolah to be able to play these games and/or empty their bank accounts just for some skins and digital currency they don't own..

I have been supporting @muterra for almost about 2 years now. It is probably one of the most interesting concepts in the whole of NFT gaming industry. It even gains an edge on indie games because I have a vision that it will be just as a good but also introduces play to earn features. But most importantly, the community and team have got to be the friendliest in all of the game projects that I have been in.
The story, art, music, etc. are all well thought out and actually make you want to play the game. The difference between Muterra and most other games out there has got to be the effort that is put in to make the game an actual interesting "game" (unlike button clickers which consider themself to be part of the "metaverse"). The regular updates is just a cherry on top.
I'm all about becoming a tamer and having a horde of mutees while exploring a huge set of maps in a dystopian yet beautiful world. Can't wait for the next release!
Looking forward to full gameplay, looks like it could be an actually fun P2E game!

Alpha Game showcase happened 10 days back, on 14th January 2023. So it's not too late to join. Its quite the opposite tbh. Perfect time to get into MuTerra.
Its been 10 days only, ofc there won't be much to do in the game at this stage. But think of all the things you'll be able to do in the game on full release. Completing Quests, Farming Raw Material, Crafting items and equipment, Exploring new areas, Fighting wild mutated animals and so much more!
It's a game you wouldn't want to miss at all, especially if you liked to play retro style RPGs like Pokémon (on gameboy), Zelda and more.
If there wasn't such a long silent stretch between updates, I'd of been sold. I seriously thought it was dead. Good it resurfaced, but the inconsistency lost me.
The team was always active on discord but it's true there were no HIVE posts for a long stretch, which led people to believe that the project was dead. The team would never take everyone's money without delivering what they promised. Believe me, this wait was worth it. The game is going to be really awesome!
I do hope you change your mind and give MuTerra another chance or at least try out the game once 🤗

I Suggest CryptoShots,I been playing the game since last February and it's both fun and interactive I have been so sick of the clicker games that really have nothing to do in them besides a click faucet,CS is way beyond that and is easy to sit and play for an hour at a time or more.
It performed well in the demo maps, I don't generally go for FPS but this one is unique. Would be fun to enter in more giveaways.

I really do enjoy the game Crypto-Shots, it is a first-person shooter game developed on the WAX, HIVE, and soon to be Ethereum network.
The game brings back memories of my childhood favorites like Quake 4 Arena, but with the added bonus of earning cryptocurrency while playing.
Shooting the bots in the game is always fun and the challenge of trying to beat my best run for each level keeps me coming back for more.
I'm excited for the upcoming PVP mode and can't wait for the mobile and VR versions to be released. The potential for this game is limitless and I don't want to miss out on all the fun and growth with the awesome Crypto-Shots team.

cryptoshots is an awesome game the ease with which the 3d game loads in the browser is amazing. It is developing fast and being on the hive blockchain it deserves all the attention and support that we can give it.
It is super easy to play and the graphics are slick. At times I forget that I am playing the game in a browser and without any specialized hardware.
Well worth the time and the opportunity to accumulate the in game tokens Doom on Hive and Boom on wax are worth accumulating
Since it is on two blockchains WAX & Hive so it has double possibility to do well and make the investors and asset holders a lot richer in the near future.

Would love to see @kingofduels getting some attention on Hive. As far as I know Game Packs are not transferrable at this stage, so we'd be unable to sponsor gaming NFTs, but THGaming can support by sharing (all over SM) and of course with $THGAMING Tokens, which can be used to purchase our exclusive Game Pack within KOD.

Your last splinterlands initiative was a great success, However since I am all in for promoting anything on hive thus I feel we can do the giveaway initiative in two parts.
The first part can be a give away for gaming packs and those who win can take part in part B of the giveaway where they do content creation related to the game like pack opening, game play videos meme's and there can be a upvote to support these posts.
I feel this way the game packs won would not simply sit there in the wallets or be dumped onto the markets. Also we can create a lot more positive traction and exposure for these projects on Hive a win win both for Hive and these projects.
Later we can even create a points & rewards system for those who are interested in creating this kind of gaming content.
I know about the Hive gaming initiative. This would be something in addition with a concision effort and focus to showcase user experience, awareness and better content placement on search engines and exposure.
I know this can be extensive work but hive being the present & future of web 3.0 so someone would have to do it.

Agreed, this game is fully functional and good economy mostly games discuss in this section are only offering some staking or yet to release. So I think comparison must be full active playable game with active economy and upcoming projects. In crypto world sometime this upcoming mean 3,4 years of work.

I think this would be a great initiative as play2earn games can act as a portal into the Hive ecosystem. And we have quite a bunch of games in the making like GLS, Ragnarok, PsyberX along with the ones already established, so we have a good space on this domain. And I would really enjoy some $SPS, $GLX or $DUAT cryptocurrencies to stake them and make them earn me passive income.
