✓Make pob community to be seen as the only community which the whole world will know pob is the best,and try bring different projects for my people in the community to engage,interact and relate in such a way that everyone and each of the community members earn alot,
✓ make pob community to have more people to engage, and make the pob it self stand on it own without conversion to hive and also a pob to be 3hive when it come values.
For pob token, If I have a lot of money,I will buy over 50% of the whole pob and make it liquidity and make the value of pob surpass that of hive and make pob over $10 and for pob community,I will vkeep inviting new members and guarantee them automatic reward if they can join and refer I will reward them greatly personally and I also will keep inviting more people to the community as much as I can.

I will make exchanging of pob to hive easier and very different from the ones in leodex which is decentralized and peer to peer.but mine own will be centralized thoughpob is not a centralized token but I will make mine exchange centralized and easily converted with a fixed price of 1 pob equaling 1 dollar but I won't do that now until the pob upvote rate is halved to avoid many pob panic sellers.

Nice questions. So if I think through, I would like to use my skill set to do something for the community.
My professional skill is that of a business analyst. So I would love to contribute in building some applications around the concept, helping the team with functional requirements, UI and UX. I would give my best to create a great customer experience for the end-users because I know it really matters. I would like to bring in functionalities that the users would love to operate with and find really useful and lucrative. That will increase their stickiness to the platform which will, by all means, boost the growth here.
My another skill, that everyone is aware of, is cooking. So given a chance, I would love to host a dinner party for the community where I would want to serve some of my best food and not to forget, chocolates. How great it would be to meet the POB family in person, chit chat about different topics, get to know each other and have great food!
I will like to organize a seminar to create awareness towards Hive and pob. Because you can’t get through pob without hive. I will promote it, create awareness, explain the coin and the importance of the coin. Show them the reason they need to get involved in the community. This will bring more investors and probably improve the engagements and we can have more people in the community
I will also like to build a market place for this community where you can officially purchase goods in exchange for your pob.

This pob market place would be really amazing and unique and will connect users of different regions and instead of exchanging pob to other currency whether Fiat or crypto,it will be used to purchase directly without exchanging it.
