-Proposal 3.0
We analyzed the comments that you left us last week about our proposal for QUEER holders on Hive, and we contacted several people from various projects to learn from them and this is our latest proposal.
- We are going to have a team of curators who are going to be in charge of distributing the votes among all the QUEER holders who use the “qc” or “queercoin” tags in their posts.
- To receive a vote you must have a minimum of 25 QUEER in your Hive account
- Only posts containing the tags “qc” or “queercoin” will be voted on
- The percentage of the vote will depend on the amount of QUEER that the Hive account has
- We will distribute the profits we receive from the post curation rewards, to all the people who delegate Hive Power (HP) to us.
We are going to do this because we want a system that is fair and to ensure that we are curating quality content, and above all to avoid plagiarism.
Likewise, we would like to know your opinions and suggestions.
-We are looking for curators and a coder
We are still looking for someone to help us code and we are also looking for people to help us with post curation.
-We created the @qcprojectwallet account and posted our first monthly expense report.
This week we created the @qcprojectwallet account and sent all the funds that we had in the @qccteamwallet account. In this way, it is understood that the funds that are in that wallet are the property of QueerCoin and not of the team/staff that is working in QueerCoin.
We also posted our first monthly expense report, which in this case would be for the month of August.
-Sixth round of airdrops
This week we sent 1,260 QUEER to 126 accounts. This gives us a total of 2,780 QUEER sent to 278 accounts.

Analizamos los comentarios que nos dejaron la semana pasada sobre nuestra propuesta para los holders de QUEER en Hive, y nos pusimos en contacto con varias personas de varios proyectos para aprender de ellos y esta es nuestra última propuesta.
- Vamos a tener un equipo de curadores que se encarguen de repartir los votos entre todos los QUEER holders que utilicen las etiquetas “qc” o “queercoin” en sus publicaciones.

- El porcentaje del voto dependerá de la cantidad de QUEER que se posea en la cuenta de Hive

Esto lo vamos a hacer para que el sistema sea justo y para asegurarnos de que estamos curando contenido de calidad, y sobre todo para evitar el plagio.
De igual manera, quisiéramos saber sus opiniones y sugerencias.

En esta semana creamos la cuenta @qcprojectwallet y enviamos todos los fondos que teníamos en la cuenta @qccteamwallet. De esta manera se entiende que los fondos que se encuentran en esa billetera son propiedad de QueerCoin y no del equipo/personal que está trabajando en QueerCoin.
También publicamos nuestro primer informe de gastos mensuales, que en este caso sería el del mes de Agosto.

Because I find LGBTQ to be repulsive and I do not give any political endorsements out without good reason. I have lots of gay friends that distance themselves from that flag and this movement because its a toxic, partisan political organization.
Im not here to judge anyone, but I have been called transphobic just for speaking my mind, so I want nothing to do with an organization of people that think I am scared of their narrowminded views, I am scared of being associated with victimhood mentality so I wont even touch this with a 10 foot pole.
I just want to understand a little more of your point of view ok, and I hope we can have a polite conversation. If you say you find everything LGBT repulsive how do you have gay friends??

Although I did not see my name on the list, I couldn't help but wonder about the new token in my wallet.
I see mention of delegating to the project but no clear mention of where/who to send it to.

Yes they call it spam, but how else can you let people know you airdropped them something or that you're even out there. I don't mind tagging anytime you have something of interest. Sometime if I'm not tagged i don't see some things.
Also, what type of content do you curate? I wouldn't want to use your tag in the wrong way.

Yep we think exactly the same, but hey we have to follow the rules.
The good thing is that we post all the news we have on Fridays, and this Friday we will be celebrating 😉.
You can use the tags in any post you want, in any community you like, as long as it complies with the Hive rules, and obviously it is not any type of hate speech against any person or community.
You can be sure that I will be checking in with the community every friday to keep up with what's going on.
I have just delegated 50 HP to Queercoin although I have no idea what I get for delegating to the project. I'm new to delegating and know very little about it but here it's the way to go. Besides, I just want to support the community in any way I can.

Why am I getting an airdrop when I don't tend to write about LGBTQ topics?
oh no, QUEER can be used by everyone and the tags can be used in any type of post, that's why we don't ask you to post in a specific community
That still does not explain why I was sent an airdrop, though.

That makes sense. No point in sending airdrops to inactive accounts. I was just perplexed because while I do not support anti-queer legislation, I have also been an opponent of many forms of queer activism.
