INVITATION TO EXHIBIT ART AT STEEMFEST 2 IN LISBON!!!
If you're an artist here on Steemit,
this is your opportunity to shine!!
@roelandp has gifted us a space at Steemfest2 in Lisbon to share the incredible art we have made for Steemit. We will be curating this space with lots of amazing art created by individual artist, as well as the works we have created together and/or shared through the art initiatives on this Steemit platform. Not only will we share some art in print, we will also be projecting art with sound, hosting workshops & discussions, and even creating some collaborative pieces to do together.
ArtAtSteemfest will be open November 1-5, 2017 to Steemians and the general public as well, so we will likely get some magnificent exposure.

WHO CAN EXHIBIT
- Indiviual artists - send your one (1) best image to @roelandp as directed here.
- Facilitators of an art initiative here on Steemit - on behalf of those who have entered your challenges, choose 5-10 of the best images. Facilitators please contact me of your participation and how many images you have available. Decisions will be made on who, what and how many once we see who is interested and capable of getting together their submissions together in time.
NOTE: There is no guarantee that any individual’s piece, or all of the works from the myriad of Steemit art initiatives will be shown, as that will depend on the response from the artists and hosts of art initiatives, as well as the available space. But, we might as well go all in and submit our art so we will have a rich, delicious, juicy selection to share, and display the prolific nature, connection and passion of this Steemit Artists’ Community.
Following is a list of the initiatives I know of presently. It would be great to have a representation from each of these. It would be no surprise if I've missed many, as we are a very inspired community of creative people. If you know of others to add to this list, please leave me a comment about who to add for inclusion.

It's my favorite art project too @quinneaker!! It's amazing how many artists participate because they love to, not because it is a competition where they receive rewards. It's a beautiful thing to collaborate and share our love and passion for art.

You are making a submission, yes? I don't either! Not sure what the deadline will be, but we do know, the sooner the better!!!

So exciting! I have talked myself out of wishing this was happening in the spring, haha, I figure I just have a year to get psyched for the next one...and besides I will be making my way to the Ozarks next Spring and I'm thinking Texas sounds like a good next stop...
Well no worries, you will be with us in spirit @dreemit!!! And...a personal visit would be a "dreem"!!! <3
Now that it's in my head, it's pretty much a done deal! I have a couple of girlfriends who live in Texas that I haven't seen in years, sisters actually, and they are a blast, so now I have double the incentive to make it down there :)
Do you know @therealpaul? If not, you really should, you would definitely appreciate his posts. He has very similar philosophies. He's our initial destination in the Ozarks, though I know others like Papa pepper are also there :)

OMG so very true @dreemit. After going to Steemfest last year there is no doubt of the power of coming together. It was like having a couple of hundred new yet ancient family members--the kind of family you would choose!! I cannot say enough about the feelings of being together--truly powerful times! We are getting a really great taste of it here in cyber world. It's amazing how we can FEEL each other through the energetics in our words and images. I'm so very grateful we have connected ... we have many similar feeling friends here on Steemit. No coincidence, I am certain. <3

Thank you for the invitation to ArtSteemFest! I'll not be in Lisbon, because I cannot afford that travel yet. I hope the next Steemfest will be much closer (Budapest?)
It's truly unfortunate that you will not be there....however, if you consider submitting one of your pieces of art, and making a selection of works from your initiatives to be a part of ArtAtSteemfest, you'll be able to send a piece of home to Lisbon. I hope you'll jump in and join us @kalemandra.

I have heard of no deadline, but I'm sure he will need time to make his choices and get them all printed. So as I see it, the sooner the better! So glad you're going to add something to the running. I will take you there anyway @robyneggs and put you on the big screen!!!
I whish I could be at steemfest and see this! unforunately I won´t have the money for the trip. Will there be a crew filming it? This would be awesome!
I feel certain there will be many photos and likely videos too made from all the Steemfest2 events. This will be a beautiful one for the eye and heart. You'll be there with us @sumsum!

I know I have sent my ONE piece of art, 1 photograph, but would it be possible to send an entire slideshow with pictures that I have used in my Steemit blog? Just wondering... ;)

Hey @eric-boucher. Ideally we have so many entries from the art initiatives here and one image from each individual artist that we saturate the space!! We want to be certain to include as many of the works as possible from those requested, but @roelandp has made no guarantees we will be able to exhibit them all. We will know if that is the case a bit closer to the date. Your questions will be best offered to @roelandp once we have a clearer picture of the number of entires and the size of the space.
I imagine you have some really great images to share. So glad you're excited about the opportunities!! Blessings to you @eric-boucher.

There are incredible and prolific works here. Soooooo many artists!!!! I suppose it is possible that we don't procure enough art (though I doubt that will be the case). But should that happen, we will definitely know where to come get more material!!! May the force stay with you too @eric-boucher. Thanks for asking!
