I was talking to mom about Easter, I wonder the relationship it has with Passover and Good Friday and the Last Supper. Did Jews have names for the seven days of a week? Who named the seven days which we have in English, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Seven days mentioned in the 7 days of creation in Genesis. The names of the week we have are of the Greek gods which Rome adopted in some ways even in the mist of adopting Catholicism later on. After the Tower of Babel, the people of Nimrod went up towards Greece and later to Germany and other places, that is places and regions which later became known as those places. The origin of the Greek gods date back to those times it seems and the names of the days of the week could be that old or older or the current names could have been named later on. Could be as new as the beginning of the British Empire back a thousands years ago or so. Looks like things I want to study and write about, the names of the week according to different countries, religions, cultures, etc, globally, throughout time.

What is funny?
You beating up a bully as a kid put a smile to my face, not that violence is funny but that I think you did the right thing. Not to say that we should run around beating up bullies all day. I'm generally against violence.
But I prefer the kind of humor that is not Three Stooges in being just slap-stick where people get hurt and you laugh at them instead of with them. I prefer more nerd humor or geek humor, like sophisticated logic humor or silly crazy humor.
Covid Vaccines Suck
My favorite part was, "The FDA reports on the emergency authorization for the injections shows there is no evidence that the injections will prevent you from getting infected." All hail the FDA.
Gaining Weight
I used to eat a lot of ice-cream when I was in my twenties, I'm 36 years old now, I've gained weight, lost weight, gained weight, many times, I've had fun.
You've have had fun too, your photos are fun, my favorite GIF here is of you drinking out of the straw, and my advice is to focus on your heart first before anything else. Sometimes, you may need to have fun and eat ice-cream and pizza.
On one hand, don't become super skinny like an imaginary Barbie. Don't become skin and bones. But on the other hand, you don't want to become crazy obese or super fat. Like a little fat or chubby is fun and cute for some people.
What really matters is not if you are skinny or fat but more so if you are healthy. Some fat people are healthy and some skinny people are not healthy. What really matters is whether or not your body has enough of the essential vitamins and enzymes and minerals needed hopefully from the foods you eat.
How much weight you should weigh depends partly on your DNA, your bone structure, the kind of body you have, how tall you are, how wide you might be, each person can be different.
Keeping a diet log would be fun for you to do. I write down what I eat. I keep a little blog, a diary, and I keep track of my progress. Your face is not fat. Your cheeks are not fat. Instead, you have a cute face.
I know we always see very skinny super models on television, on the Internet, in magazines, when we go to a store. But super skinny faces can be dangerous and your body needs some fat.
Normal people should probably have around 5% to 15% body fat. A good number can be around 10%. But some people try to have less than 5% which can be dangerous.
One thing that can help you digest food is enzymes. Exercise, sleep, yoga, meditation, breathing, circulation, using your brain, being happy, etc, can help you not be too unhealthy or too skinny or too fat.
What really matters is not so much how much you eat but more so what is in the foods you eat. The problem many people have is they're not eating organic foods. For example, pizza can be healthy if it is made with whole wheat. Pizza can be made with no genetically modified organisms (GMO). Pizza can be made out of healthy ingredients or unhealthy ingredients. For example, you could grow your own tomatoes and cut them up to make pizza sauce. That is very healthy because it is real tomatoes that were not processed.
Women tend to gain and lose weight more often than men. You're a beautiful woman and you're not fat in the photos I see of you. My advice is to keep a diet diary and to have fun in life. Keep smiling and have a beautiful day. Thank you for sharing your life with the world.
Ice-cream is that one thing that like all humans love almost as much as we all love coffee and beer in almost every country in the world, truly amazing.
Step By Step
Cool and it really depends on picking your battles, in regard to priorities, as life is short, in choosing which stories to tell, which projects to tackle first kind of thing and I try my best to do what I can in life.
The VHS documenting project is one of those lifelong projects of mine which I always tend to come back to every year or at random times for the past 21 years or so. One of the problems I've faced was putting too much on my plate, like I always want to do everything.
So, I've probably made too many promises to myself throughout life regarding all the things I would do. One of my goals with these videos isn't necessarily in doing what George Lucas did with Star Wars in coming out with a special editions kind of thing.
I love using the Star Wars analogy. My goal at the moment is to do my best just the bare minimum as in rough draft outlines of some of my stuff from my life.
And I may come back and try to make Special Editions of some of my stuff later on in life. But at the same time, this is a starting point, a good foundation, a backup of my stuff.
So, that is what I try to do sometimes, to just kind of label what I got, try to make lists of the stuff I have, include dates, titles, a few things, and then move on kind of thing.
I've been a perfectionist like George Lucas is with Star Wars, I always want to edit a video again and again or edit a post or some of the art I do or so on and so forth.
One of the problems I face is never ever like finishing things because I always want things to be perfect. So, in seeking to balance myself out, I have this other side of me that wants to just publish and release unfinished work. So, I'm always wrestling between the two extremes.
For example, I'm struggling just to stop writing this comment. But, I try my best to discipline myself to learn how to do something and then move on kind of thing, kind of important and kind of funny too at the same time.
My advice to you is to keep it simple, don't make too many promises to yourself, take it a day at a time, keep a simple blog that could be online or at least offline and simply take a few random notes regarding stuff you do and want to do. And if you do want to do something with your old stuff, then give it a try.
But it is important to keep a log, to write it down, because you can forget what you did later on, and simply one thing at a time, one day at a time, Rome wasn't built in a day and Oatmeal wasn't eaten in a second. I'm Oatmeal. You are what you eat.

Dear diary, got up at 11 AM, nice day. Noon dishes, unlock shed, raised garden bed fork, rake, fluff, level, all of this for like an hour and while doing so talked to mom about Easter and stuff.

I worked on my VHS to DVD project. See my log for the month of March of 2021. I continue to work on that in April. Interesting game I play with myself, the game of remembering things. I try to remember things I forgot. I know I can sometimes remember it. I forget people's names. I knew two people had the same name but was not sure what that name was. Maybe not the same name but I think same name. A woman. I go through the alphabet thinking of random names. I go alphabetical to each letter and brainstorm random names and I do it a few times, a few names per letter or as many as I can. What learn is that I tend to gravitate towards the correct letter or to something that rhymes with the names I forgot but still remember. I play these memory games to help me learn how to remember what I forgot because I know it is still there somehow. I get to learn a lot about myself as I find ways to connect myself back to the names or to other things. For example, the second yellow or pink Power Ranger was not Ashley but Aisha. I knew a girl at ABC named Bethany. Brian Bishop. Hodges. He was with her. She had glasses. He lived to the right of me, the dorm room next to me or actually across from me in the corner near the exit door. My brain went to Barbie, Barbara. Very close to the one I just said. Strange that names and things will sometimes randomly come back and I don't always know why or how. But as I play these games, I can better help train myself to prepare for the unexpected. I write things down and I learn and I do many things all the time to help with memory. Marlene. That is the other name which came back. Danny no. My brain was more over there, wrong letter. Good dinner around five. Good table including Dan. Linda. The two already mentioned. Me. And Carol. Total of six people and sat next to the first two mentioned in the next thing upstairs. Mom made something for the potluck. I told Carol a bit of why I liked Vietnam. After asking, Linda told me Jews probably only had the name for Saturday as the Sabbath and the other days were just numbers. She talked to Beth about talking in code on the Internet. It can be good to find ways to get around censorship and to get the truth out and I said I do that sometimes. I ate too much dessert, not terrible but too much in some ways. Went upstairs and he told me about Drawn to Life which reminds me of a comic book of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when they or one of them got stuck in a comic book with an artist and they could draw things to help fight bad guys in the book and then had to draw a way out and did and I was a kid when I read it so like early 1990s. Good songs we sung. Doug sat down and told us stories. Others shared too. Doug was the main speaker and did a good job like a pastor with emotions. Imagine inviting strangers over for Christmas. I mean, uninvited, you let them into your guest bedroom and you give them a tree, food, etc. Passover kind of thing for some perhaps. Maybe not always but perhaps it happened. To care for others. For 1,400 years, Jews celebrated passover and then Jesus said do this in remembrance, yeah, ok, of me he said. Wow. Sally. Sounds, how to spell. Back to story. Yeah, interesting. Forgiveness. Pastor talked too. Three generations but he didn't take any. Each of us stood in a line take communion. Home around 9 PM. I went into my closet and brought out 30 to 50 tapes to go through. That is my guess of how many VHS tapes. Eating yogurt packs, a few each day this week. Silly photo Carol did, food on face, inside joke. Doug mentioned a meme, what do you for a living, man said, "I write worship songs. I write worship songs. I write worship songs." I laughed hard at that one. Around 09:30 PM now.
Food log
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, 11:30 AM.
Lunch: soup stuff, 1 PM or so. Yogurt off and on all day.
Dinner: all sorts of things at church, 5 PM.

Alex Jones was either in my dream directly or indirectly, I don't totally remember if I saw him speak on a few shows like Joe Rogan and others but I do remember seeing Conan O'Brien talk about the American national debt because Jones was talking about it. Of course in real life, many people mention the deficit, the debt, etc. In the dream, Conan brought it up in a casual way, was making jokes relating to such topics as he is or was an alleged comedian or puppet actor as Hollywood is. Conan eventually brought up Jones and called him Jones or Mr. Jones and not Alex Jones. He would mention things jones said and did. Mostly or only just things he said I think but not totally sure. Conan would mention other people or governments or groups or most likely newspapers and news organizations and stuff to contrast what he said with what they said. Conan went back and forth between well Jones said this but then they said that and then Jones said this and then they said that. Not sure who they were except like I said the real news would be his point that he was fake news and that they were real news when in reality it is the inverse. He tried making jokes about the debt and how it was funny and no big deal. After that, I woke up.

In the afternoon around like 3 to 4 PM, I got three things from Amazon, thing for hearing heat beats. USB cable extender female to female head adapter, and a universal VCR TV remote thing.
