To poop or not to poop?
Squatting can help, general speaking, I don't disagree with how it's better for most people most of the time, basically.
However, it can depend on the individual, it can depend on the development of the muscles. For example, basketball players develop different muscle structure than baseball players or football players.
It can also depend on differences between males and females and differences between white people, yellow people, black people, as different races can have different body types where their muscles function differently.
It depends on how the muscles develop, how they work, the pressure and stress that is put on them, how healthy a person is.
Squatting is a better technique as you have mentioned for most people it would seem. My only argument is that exceptions to this general rule exists but must be developed and trained. A person would have to be a butt athlete in training his or her body to handle American toilets or European toilets or whatever we want to call the sitting down not squatting toilets.
Squatting can be hard to do for older people. So, I don't know what would be worse, for old or sick people to squat or to not squat. Also, the healthier a person is, the easier it can be for the person to go to the bathroom. Also, you want to poop more often and not less often. The less you poop, the more likely your digestion is being too slow which means there are probably some problems happening inside there.

Ask a person why Covid is not in Covid Vaccines. Usually a vaccine will have dead fragments of a virus to help your body build an immunity to the virus. People can easily Google for the ingredients of vaccines. There are only several things in these vaccines. It would only take a second for a person to verify no Covid in these vaccines.
FDA says the Pfizer Covid Vaccine has no Covid and therefore cannot give you Covid. But I thought that a vaccine is supposed to contain a little of the very virus it is trying to cure (page 5).

Dear diary, got up at 07:20 AM via alarm clock, exercised left hand while going to bed and while waking up and at random times like each day or almost every day because I am trying to recover from a August 2019 injury. I've written about this before off and on since. I led Sunday School for a 2nd Sunday in a row, second half of James chapter 2 starting with verse 4. Faith produces works. As a body of Christ we are many members, we are like seeds but as individuals we grow differently, slower, faster, bigger, smaller, at different times, in different places, in different ways, it takes patience, salvation is God taking us out of our old soil or compost or fertilizer and giving us new dirt to grow in, we grow in Christ, we are given new hearts. Mom added that God is the Internet we plug into. For the sermon, pastor talked about the distinction between men and women and I raised my hand and said some men are taller than some women. Kids playing a little, a few under 5. There are differences to how people crawl. Rake. Patience. Fruits of the spirit. Order. John Wayne reference and I graveled to the impression like a pirate and pastor said "Joey gets it." Daniel sat next to me. Then sat in front and then behind the pastor. We saw a video where Barbara Walters interviewed a general in 1991 who said real men cry and men who do not are scary. What comes to my mind are those who fake cry like Obama, Bill Gates, etc. I had these candy bars or nutrient bars but not good. Maybe it is the canola oil or whatever that might be in which may not be the healthiest. Don't eat it friends. Nap around 01:49 PM to 4:49 PM, around 3 hours of sleep. Trying to digest food still. Picking up dandelions in the evening around 6 PM and organizing the big garage, the paint, bolts in a black container, screws together, yellow small shelf swept off and empty. Dishes. Now, it's 08:33 PM. Dinner.

Breakfast: coffee, apple, 07:55 AM.
Lunch: candy bars around noon which I didn't enjoy. Don't eat them. Yogurt and lettuce salad.
Dinner: mac n cheese, peas, on cauliflower, 08:33 PM.
