Some viruses, diseases, including even COVID-19, etc, can be challenging to your immune system to the extent you're lacking enough essential vitamins like Zinc, Vitamin C, etc. Talk to doctors. Don't just talk to one doctor, get a second opinion. Ask around. Do your own research, homework. Investigate. Watch videos. And whatever you do, don't get Covid Vaccines which is causing Delta, Omicron, other variants, side effects, heart attacks, blood clots, seizures, death, etc.
Censorship
You can get around thought police on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc, via talking indirectly, substituting words for other words, hinting at things, using memes, photos, videos, etc. You can also misspell words. For example, I'm writing CIVOD in my Facebook Brandon Group which is an anagram for COVID. That is a way to get around getting banned. It's all about getting the truth out there.

I disagree with those words. I mean words like inequality and not that inequality is good. They talk about going against inequality. But that word was weaponized. I would use words like centralization and tyranny for example which is bad. Equality is a thing that was weaponized as to trick people. It's a long story.

Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 02:30 AM, a 2 hour nap. Still sore throat is getting worse. Stuffy nose. Almost headache or small one. A few symptoms like that. Cough. Took more vitamins including Magnesium and C. Got up the final time around 1:20 PM. Was up and down every hour or every few hours all night. Orange around 9 AM for breakfast. They got raspberry sticks or starters to plant. I see that. Lunch, 01:30 PM. Windows is bloated. Windows is a fat OS. The remedy is a skinnier OS. Windows sucks. I burp when I drink soda. Nap around 5 to 8 or so, around 3 hours. Dinner, 08:35 PM.Food log: Breakfast: orange, 09:00 AM. Lunch: Grape juice, potato, 01:30 PM. Dinner: chicken soup stuff and potato, 08:35 PM. That is not case-sensitive meaning it can be hIVe . blog or HivE . BLoG. In other words, it doesn't matter which letters are capitalized (uppercase) or not (lowercase). Also, the domain has no spaces in it, meaning hive . blog becomes hive.blog. Depending on the website, following the domain can be the username. So, in this case, it's forward-slash at (@) username. My username is joeyarnoldvn. Some websites skips that at symbol part (generally if they're not a blockchain-style site, they skip the at symbol part in the URL) and goes directly to the username. Some websites may include the web-page section of the link first followed by the domain name. With Hive Blog, it begins with Hive.blog, it follows with the username, and then it ends with the web-page link or section which is generated based off the title of the post. So, if my link doesn't work, try swapping out hive.blog for example peakd . com or ecency . com or steemit . com or you can try other domain names and websites and pages and URLs and sites and links and hyperlinks and everything and anything else you can imagine too, as well. You can also try googling or searching via Duck Duck Go, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo, Google, other search engines, the title of the post in quotation marks, add a space followed with a plus-sign (+), add another space followed with my username in quotation marks. If that doesn't work, you can remove the quotation marks and try other keywords and combinations therein. Be creative and try many different search engines and different domain names.
