The crazy thing today is they are focused on trying to figure out how much money Infowars Alex Jones has in order to sue him based on that alone as opposed to trying to find a number for the defamation damages instead. To me that's extremely insane to have that perspective. The defense says to the jurors that the plaintiff chose which evidence to present in the Alex Jones trial. The plaintiff lawyers got so mad even tho that is true. The plaintiff was like, "But there is a lot more than just those 18 hours." But where is it? They won't show it. Almost like it does not exist. Plaintiff said Infowars Alex Jones destroyed Sandy Hook related videos but truth be told YouTube did that assuming there are videos destroyed. Therefore, why is YouTube not being sued for destroying videos?
Plaintiff said, "FREE SPEECH IN AMERICA IS NOT PROTECTED." Down with 1A is the goal of the Alex Jones Sandy Hook trial. The charge the judge is forcing the jurors to rule on is invalid because the charge is regarding something that was not published. What happened was Owen Shroyer went over a story live on air in 2017. That is not the same as when a newspaper publishes an article. The heart of the trial is focused on what Owen did not do and is not on Alex Jones and Sandy Hook.

Mom told me about like a YouTube video where they were discussing a book that talked about a journeyman from the 1700s where he was like in England where he would sometimes dig wells and sometimes do freelance military contract jobs as a soldier, officer, mercenary, hired gun, and/or whatever it was that he did, and then after getting paid would frolic meaning he would go to cities and drink and have fun and whatever. He had adventures and whatever. He was a wanderer. He ran around. He did stuff.

Somebody called my mom and asked for a random lady that we never heard of. I heard part of the call. My mom said sometimes calls may be scams, schemes, ads, marketing, spam, deceptive, advertisement, ploys, or what have you. Sometimes they may make up names to get you to talk to them. They may try to sell you the thing, the service, product, scam, or whatever it might be. It may be different each time depending on the people or bots or whatever doing the scam or whatever it might be. Not sure if it was a prank call or what this time around. I asked my mom to explain this type of scam and she said some things. I have a summary of it and she didn't like it but then was unable to give an explanation as to why my summary was off. Sometimes she is too nerdy and into the details to accept over generalizations which I speculate in. I may not fully explain myself at first when I only say a few words. Outlines are tough and what is worse is when my mom assumes she knows what I am trying to say when she doesn't. Sometimes my vague outlines are riddled with double meanings as I dive into the realm of being open minded and stuff. This makes it tough sometimes to talk to my mom and not just with things like this but many things. She got upset a second ago and said no matter what she says that I will not accept the answer. I ask a lot of questions and I debate very hard and stuff. I do many different things good or bad. Who knows. All of that can be debated forever sure. Perhaps I try too hard sometimes. Perhaps this thing and that thing regarding things I should and should not do and everything else too. I am not saying I am perfect and stuff. I am saying my mom rarely can handle debate. However, I thought I was not debating actually. I just thought that a scam like that would be where they try to sell you the thing when they talk to you on the phone. But she said no and then did not really counter. She could have at least said maybe and that it may not always be that they try to sell you stuff and I could agree. Now I would push back because I don't know how else they would sell it other than to try to trick people into free stuff, prizes, scams, Africa Nigerian Prince Email Scams, other things, etc. But I am open to suggestion.

But the point of the plaintiff was that you are to pay for telling lies, AKA misinformation. So, I agree with what you are saying but I wanted to emphasize on lie, on that word because the plaintiffs used that word many times to get the jurors to dismiss free speech.

Truth is believed to be objective to some people. The problem is some of the jurors may believe in subjectivity. America was built on a foundation that allows people to falsely believe in the deception of relativity. But nonetheless that is where they're coming from in debates.

I am thinking doing a deep dive investigation on Sandy Hook. I have not even tho I've known about this since like 2016. I am scared I might get sued or thrown in prison. It's dangerous. Or how about 2017 Las Vegas. It is so hard to investigate. It takes so much time.

The plaintiff said in the Alex Jones trial that the cameras which are on the jurors without their consent were there for Alex but in reality are there for the plaintiff, for the Hollywood documentaries and movies and things producers are working on behind the scenes.
It was like the plaintiff pointed at the chair where Alex Jones was and pointed and acted as if Alex was there but he was not. Yeah, it helps the jurors remember who Alex is in case they forget but it is also something you do when you are making a movie, when you're slicing up up film. You can easily make it look like Alex was there.
The defense gave a somewhat good speech Friday to defend Alex. It is tough if you try too hard.

Tim Pool is wrong. The Sandy Hook story is a very long one. Tim Pool does not get it. Tim does not know. Tim is basically saying what main stream media says regarding Sandy Hook. You cannot talk about Alex Jones and get to the bottom of that situation until you know for sure what happened at Sandy Hook. I'm not saying what happened. But you cannot be wrong if you don't know. That is why Tim is wrong for saying Alex was wrong. Because Tim does not know what happened in 2012. Make a documentary to prove what happened and hope you're not sued like Alex was.
