It's Monday. The new week has opened yesterday its stage for new songs, new theme, and many new musical creations. The theme for week 55 will be Statement, and I wish a lot of inspiration and joyful moments to all who will participate. At the same time, it is good to remember what it was like the last week. The theme for week 54 was Family Love. We could see how important family is to everyone, through songs composed for family members, or with them, or playing together with other family members and having fun doing it. There were 78 entries for that week, original songs, covers and some classical pieces. Again a significant number of participants. Congratulations to everyone!
Es lunes. La nueva semana ha abierto su escenario para nuevas canciones, nuevo tema y muchas nuevas creaciones musicales. El tema de la semana 55 será Declaración, y deseo mucha inspiración y momentos felices a todos los que participarán. Al mismo tiempo, es bueno recordar cómo fue la última semana. El tema de la semana 54 fue Amor de familia. Pudimos ver lo importante que es la familia para todos, a través de canciones compuestas para miembros de la familia, o con ellos, o tocando junto con otros miembros de la familia y divirtiéndonos haciéndolo. Hubo 78 entradas para esa semana, canciones originales, covers y algunas piezas clásicas. Nuevamente un número significativo de participantes. ¡Felicitaciones a todos!
There are a lot of publications on Hive Open Mic every week, and that's very nice. It is also good for users to stick together, to support each other as much as they can, with words, encouragement and presence on other's posts. I know I have pointed this out many times, but again, communication and caring for others is a very important element that can connect all the shortcomings of this place. Distance, time, priorities...
I understand, we all have other obligations and that is normal. And work, family, headaches or other physical obstacles, we are all the same, and therefore I ask you also to have an understanding of these publications of highlighted posts. We can not highlight every entry as it is just impossible. I will feature those who made a special impact on me, but it does not mean others haven't done well. Stay tuned as maybe @cabelindsay and @juliopalomo will write their highlights posts too.
Hay muchas publicaciones en Hive Open Mic cada semana, y eso es muy bueno. También es bueno que los usuarios se mantengan unidos, se apoyen entre sí tanto como puedan, con palabras y presencia en las publicaciones de los demás. Sé que lo he destacado muchas veces, pero nuevamente, la comunicación y el cuidado de los demás es un elemento muy importante que puede conectar todas las deficiencias de este lugar. Distancia, tiempo, prioridades ...
Entiendo, todos tenemos otras obligaciones y eso es normal. Trabajo, familia, dolores de cabeza u otros obstáculos físicos, todos somos iguales, y por eso les pido también que entiendan que no podemos destacar todas las entradas, es simplemente imposible. Incluiré a aquellos que tuvieron un impacto especial en mí, pero eso no significa que a otros no les haya ido bien. Estén atentos, ya que tal vez @cabelindsay y @juliopalomo también escribirán sus publicaciones destacadas.

This young singer and composer is extraordinary. His style of composing is fresh and so interesting, but what fascinates me the most is the way he sings, as every word he sings is a world unto itself. Congratulations Gabriel, it is little to say that I liked your entry. I loved it!

This is an original song composed and dedicated to his children Liber and Iker. According to the explication of the composer and performer, the melody and rhythm were based on two musical genres murga and candombe, but he wanted to bring this version with that Caribbean essence. I see it as a great mixture and we can feel his love towards his family through this excellent song. Congratulations Ylich.
Se trata de una canción original compuesta y dedicada a sus hijos Liber e Iker. Según la explicación del compositor e intérprete, la melodía y el ritmo se basaron en dos géneros musicales, la murga y el candombe, pero quiso traer esta versión con esa esencia caribeña. That was a perfect entertainment for the stickupboys family and for us too. I enjoyed their improvisation using a loop pedal and somehow this entry was the trigger for me to ask my son whether he wants to participate in my video. Thanks, guys, and keep us with these creative music productions!

I enjoy every original song that this lady composes and sings in her amazing way. However, this song was awesome, the most beautiful of her songs. Also, her message is important and I would like to bring here one of her sentences: We are all part of this family on an amazing planet that can support life.

This song is an original piece by his grandfather Eustacio Linares.
It was written after a tragic event in their family history, where a little aunt died in the arms of the grandfather at a very young age. I could feel the sadness and the meaning of this song as a similar event happened in my family too. Beautiful singing as always.
