Buen día y saludos a toda la comunidad de HIVE y SWC 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de ayer, el cual empece en la plaza Concordia mientras aparecía @felixswcab y su novia, y posteriormente lo termine en la casa de @morales-sw antes de los mini VS que organizaron para practicar entre @morales-sw, @diego-333, @josed1912, @felixswcab y Xander, para los cuales apoye como juez, la idea era hacerlos un poco más grandes pero @deivid.son y @chapy-sw no pudieron asistir.
Realice unos estiramientos rápidos para calentar y siguiendo algunos de mi rutina de movilidad, cuando termine de calentar me subí a los fondos y realice 4 series de 10 repeticiones con 3 minutos de descanso entre series y 5 minutos de descanso antes de pasarme al siguiente ejercicio, para mí segundo ejercicio realicé pull ups en agarre prono, hice 4 series de 8 repeticiones descansando igualmente 3 minutos entre series, al terminar llegó Axen y nos pudimos ir para la casa de Luis, allá comencé a entrenar nuevamente realizando push ups en las mini paralelas, hice 6 series de 10 repeticiones con 4 minutos de descanso entre series, mientras terminaba iban llegando los que faltaban para arrancar los mini VS, primero hicimos una ronda de filtro para eliminar a uno ya que eran 5 participantes, en esa ronda se hizo una réplica entre Axen y Xander la cual ganó Axen, así logramos cuadrar los equipos entre Axen vs Lito y Diego vs Luis, Lito ganó y Diego también en sus respectivas rondas y lo paramos ahí por tiempo porque se tenían que ir algunos ya, todos estubieron reñidos pero al final ganó Diego por puntaje, compartimos un poco más entre todos y nos fuimos a descansar, fue un día bastante entretenido✨
Good morning and greetings to the entire HIVE and SWC community 👋🏽, I'm @argos-sw and I want to share some photos of my training yesterday, which I started at Plaza Concordia while @felixswcab and his girlfriend appeared, and later I finished it at @morales-sw's house before the mini VS they organized to practice between @morales-sw, @diego-333, @josed1912, @felixswcab and Xander, for which I supported as a judge, the idea was to make them a little bigger but @deivid.son and @chapy-sw couldn't attend.
I did some quick stretches to warm up and following some of my mobility routine, when I finished warming up I got on the dips and did 4 sets of 10 repetitions with 3 minutes of rest between sets and 5 minutes of rest before moving on to the next exercise, for my second exercise I did pull ups in prone grip, I did 4 sets of 8 repetitions resting also 3 minutes between sets, when I finished Axen arrived and we were able to go to Luis's house, there I started training again doing push ups on the mini parallel bars, I did 6 sets of 10 repetitions with 4 minutes of rest between sets, while I finished the ones who were missing to start the mini VS were arriving, first we did a filter round to eliminate one since there were 5 participants, in that round a replica was made between Axen and Xander which Axen won, so we managed to square the teams between Axen vs Lito and Diego vs Luis, Lito won and Diego too in their respective rounds and we stopped it there for time because some had to go already, all They were close but in the end Diego won by score, we shared a little more among all and we went to rest, it was a very entertaining day✨
