Me complace compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en la primera exhibición de calistenia en Michelena, un evento que surgió de una idea impulsada por mi amigo de #Hive, @mclionblack-sw, junto a @sw-juanpedro. Aunque comenzamos como un grupo pequeño, el entusiasmo no faltó. La cita fue en la plaza de Michelena alrededor de las 10 de la mañana, donde tuvimos la oportunidad de demostrar algunos de nuestros movimientos estáticos, como el front lever, el handstand y la planche en straddle. Fue realmente gratificante poder exhibir, con humildad pero con orgullo, ese talento que con tanto esfuerzo hemos desarrollado.

I'm pleased to share with you my experience at the first calisthenics exhibition in Michelena, an event that arose from an idea inspired by my #Hive friend, @mclionblack-sw, along with @sw-juanpedro. Although we started as a small group, enthusiasm was not lacking. The meeting was in the Michelena plaza around 10 a.m., where we had the opportunity to demonstrate some of our static movements, such as the front lever, the handstand, and the straddle planche. It was truly gratifying to be able to showcase, with humility but pride, the talent we've worked so hard to develop.

Posteriormente, nos trasladamos al estadio de fútbol de Santa Rita para continuar con otra demostración, centrada especialmente en paradas de manos y otros ejercicios dinámicos. Fue una jornada cargada de aprendizaje y camaradería, donde pudimos constatar los progresos que vamos alcanzando como equipo día a día. Decidimos finalizar la actividad al ver que el clima comenzaba a nublarse, con amenaza de lluvia. En definitiva, fue una mañana y tarde divertidas, pero sobre todo, un espacio para demostrar el potencial calisténico que tenemos y seguir motivándonos mutuamente en este camino de superación constante.

Afterward, we moved to the Santa Rita soccer stadium to continue with another demonstration, focusing especially on handstands and other dynamic exercises. It was a day full of learning and camaraderie, where we were able to see the progress we're making as a team day by day. We decided to end the activity when we saw that the weather was beginning to cloud over, with the threat of rain. All in all, it was a fun morning and afternoon, but above all, a chance to showcase our calisthenic potential and continue motivating each other on this path of constant improvement.
