Brutal Biceps Workout!
Hey there, my people at #Hive and #SWC! How are all the athletes who are hitting the calisthenics hard? I'm here to tell you in detail how my workout went today, which I did at my friend @mclionblack-sw's house. That man always has his house ready for a hard workout.
The day was focused purely on strengthening the biceps, because to have decent uppercuts, you have to give them specific love. Before starting with the heavy lifting, my friend insisted we do a good warm-up by moving all our joints: wrists, elbows, shoulders... everything. That's key, you see? To get the body in optimal condition, we avoid injuries and ensure everything is working at its best when we push hard.
The workout itself was simple but super effective. We focused on the biceps with its different variations so as not to leave a single corner unworked: we did isometric curls, pronated curls, and supinated curls to hit the muscle from every angle. The burn was real; it felt like it was doing its job! To top it off, we did several sets of supinated pull-ups, focusing on the biceps contraction on the way up. The truth is that this type of training is essential not only for looking good, but also for strengthening your planks, especially the supine version, which is the one that most targets that muscle. It's the equivalent of going to the gym, but using your own body weight to strengthen and define that hard-to-build curve.
