Hello, my #hive and #swc people! How are all the friends who are part of this very active community? I send a big hug full of good vibes to each and every one of you. Today I want to tell you a little about my morning workout at the "Clant Ast" court, also known as the Smurf court, here in Michelena, Táchira state.
That morning I arrived a little early to take advantage of the cool weather and started with my usual warm-up. I started moving my joints well, doing some gentle exercises to activate my body and prepare my muscles before starting my routine. It wasn't as long a workout as usual because it was already Saturday, and I was honestly feeling a little tired from the previous days. So I decided to do a short but intense session, focusing on two movements I really like: the tuck planche and the frog planche.
I combined both positions, holding the tuck planche position firmly, trying to maintain stability and strength in my arms. I repeated this circuit about four times, resting for five to six minutes to fully recover my energy. Then I did dips on the parallel bars, about ten reps per set, and completed three rounds with three minutes of rest. To close, I did some light stretching of my arms, shoulders, biceps, and triceps to avoid muscle soreness in the afternoon. Overall, it was a good day of training, easy but productive.
