









Bueno, en el entrenamiento de hoy, después de calentar y estirar, hice primero handstand. Hoy vine pesado, que no la aguanté tanto. Luego hice press de tuck; hoy vine tan pesado que no podía mantener bien los press, me costaban mucho. Luego hice aguantes en straddle con liga y, en superserie, press en tuck nuevamente, pero con liga. La verdad, saber que no avanzo me desmotiva muchísimo; siento que, de verdad, debería dejarlo, pero voy a seguir hasta llegar a mi meta para ver qué pasa. Luego hice flexiones en tuck; aquí, aprovechando que estaba pesado, lo tomaré como un entrenamiento de hipertrofia para los hombros. Luego hice 8-8-8 de lean planche: 8 press en lean, 8 flexiones en lean y 8 segundos aguantando la lean. Para finalizar, hice básicos, fondos y flexiones.
La verdad, no fue el mejor entrenamiento y tampoco el mejor día para mí. Estoy muy frustrado, muy cansado de no progresar; sé que es parte del proceso y que debo entrenar por partes, pero hay mucha gente dándome consejos y no puedo saber cuáles están bien y cuáles no, y estar cambiando de rutina no me ayuda en nada. Bueno, si alguien tiene un consejo para mí, por favor dígamelo para mejorar cada día más.

Anyway, in today's workout, after warming up and stretching, I first did handstands. I felt heavy today, so I couldn't hold them for very long. Then I did tuck presses; I felt so heavy today that I couldn't maintain the presses properly, they were really difficult. Then I did straddle holds with a resistance band, and in a superset, tuck presses again, but with a resistance band. Honestly, knowing that I'm not progressing is incredibly demotivating. I feel like I really should quit, but I'm going to keep going until I reach my goal to see what happens. Then I did tuck push-ups; since I was feeling heavy, I'll treat this as a hypertrophy workout for my shoulders. After that, I did 8-8-8 lean planche: 8 lean presses, 8 lean push-ups, and 8 seconds holding the lean. To finish, I did basic exercises, dips, and push-ups.
Honestly, it wasn't the best workout, and it wasn't the best day for me either. I'm really frustrated, really tired of not progressing; I know it's part of the process and that I should train in stages, but so many people are giving me advice, and I can't tell which tips are good and which aren't, and constantly changing my routine isn't helping at all. So, if anyone has any advice for me, please let me know so I can improve every day.
