








Para calentar, hice muscle ups para activar bien la espalda. Aunque las dominadas son una opción, me he acostumbrado a los muscle ups. Después, pasé a la rutina de front lever. Hice aguantes con las piernas abiertas, ya que el half lever todavía me cuesta y, con el dolor de espalda, preferí no forzarme. También realicé flexiones en tuck advance para ganar fuerza, y aunque el cansancio se notaba, logré completar mis series.
Además, hice subidas positivas a tuck advance, aguantando alrededor de 3 segundos. Para terminar, hice dominadas y dominadas supinas para trabajar el bíceps, aunque no les tomé foto. De todos los ejercicios, completé tres series.
A pesar del cansancio, la desmotivación y la ansiedad, el entrenamiento me salvó una vez más. Pude cumplir con la rutina del día y me siento mejor.

To warm up, I did muscle-ups to activate my back. Although pull-ups are an option, I've gotten used to muscle-ups. Then I moved on to the front lever routine.
