Donde espero que sea de su gusto y de su agrado mi entrenamiento con un enfoque constante y disciplinado y un objetivo muy claro y es darlo todo en todos mis entrenamientos buscar mi mejor versión y Nivel en este bello deporte que amó y conjunto a ello darme a conocer y dejar una huella en la calistenia, Dicho esto, comencemos.
En esta oportunidad del día de hoy, les vengo a presentar unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento libre, no precisamente algún enfoque en específico.
Si no me he dirigido a la diversión y a despejar la mente, por ello una idea vino a mente y es que les comento. En el back lever One Arm siempre he querido hacer algo vistoso, así que me senté a ver qué idea llegaba a mi cabeza.
Y como si de un bombillo de luz se tratase, llegó una idea a mí con un sombrero que hay en mi casa, así que sin dudarlo lo agarré y calenté mi dorsal derecho y el brazo conjunto a la muñeca.
E hice un par de intentos de cómo podría hacerlo y que en la cámara se apreciará bien, y después de un par de intentos fallidos lo logré y he aquí el resultado en las fotografías que les presento más arriba.
Algo que de verdad me causó mucha gracia y me hizo sentir feliz de que no todos los entrenamientos tienen que ser serios sino también divertidos y que te distraigas de los problemas de la cotidianidad.

I hope you enjoy my training with a consistent and disciplined approach and a very clear goal: to give it my all in all my workouts, to seek my best version and level in this beautiful sport that I love, and at the same time, to make myself known and leave a mark on calisthenics. On this occasion today, I'm here to show you some photographs of my free training, not exactly any specific focus.
I haven't been all about having fun and clearing my mind, so an idea came to mind, and I'm telling you about it. I've always wanted to do something eye-catching with the One Arm Back Lever, so I sat down to see what idea came to mind.
And as if it were a light bulb, an idea came to me with a hat in my house, so without hesitation I grabbed it and warmed up my right back and arm at the wrist.
And I made a couple of attempts to see how I could do it, which would look good on camera, and after a couple of failed attempts, I succeeded, and here is the result in the photos I present above.
Something that really amused me and made me feel happy that not all workouts have to be serious but also fun and distract you from the problems of everyday life.
