En el día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes algunas fotos en el parque el samán lanzando estáticos, en el día de hoy me sentía un poco mal, ya que tengo malestar, pero para no perder la costumbre fui a marcar algunos estáticos, pero lo más curioso es que al lanzarlo me sentía superbién, ya que no tengo ni idea de cómo me salían, pero como siempre tengo que seguir mejorando la straddle planche, ya que tengo la cadera muy arriba y aún sigo buscando la manera de tenerla más limpia y sólida posible, los estáticos que lance fueron straddle planche, V-Sit, prayer en straddle, back lever, back lever a un brazo, hanstand y hanstand a un brazo
